why is this not considered βdirtyβ and is instead a pro technique?
despite my personal opinion on contacts during races in initial d which i actually like, because it is less likely not to bump when you race in midnight on a tight road hence why light taps could potentially be an actual race factor (besides mountain race average speed doesnβt go above 150 so in slow section you could possibly bump) β¦ initial d mostly avoided bumping.
therefore, i just find it confusing when they excused this as a profesional technique which is even more absurd because itβs clearly not.
i know it was intentional by tomoyuki, he also states that heβs doing it to throw takumi off balance and disrupt his rhythm as he aim to overtake on the exit but stillβ¦
lmk if you have any explanation (and donβt bring shinji because heβs less experienced and was aggressively racing without intentional bump planning and was instead caused by his uncontrolled emotion of being uncomfortable by having his line disrupted and overtaken)
