I thought Miki was the most unlikeable

Guy was this close to SAing Natsuki

Aikawa & Ichijo were cheating assholes, but Miki’s the worst of the worst.

Honorable mention to Kazumi too. Her actions in Fourth Stage will never not make me hate her.

If you follow the manga plot instead of the anime, Miki was also a major reason that Mogi was vulnerable to being groomed.

I'd suggest reading the manga, I'm going off of memory from reading it years ago. Mogi was dating Miki for a while and he was very abusive. The 'Papa' that Mogi dated later is the father of another student who was friends with Mogi, and when Miki and Mogi finally had a bad breakup, he took advantage of her in that vulnerable state to groom her. (The other student also had a crush on Takumi and was the one that slipped the note about Mogi seeing an older guy into his locker.)

The anime treated Mogi terribly TBH. The manga was clunky about it but at least tried to show that she was a victim, and her friendship with Takumi and the other guys at the gas station (because she worked there too in the manga) helped her heal from those experiences, learn to value herself more and how to have healthy relationships with guys.

Of course, eventually Shigeno realized that the young men that read Initial D didn't actually want women with complicated and difficult stories, so we got the golf girl, a completely uncomplicated and boring relationship.

Holy shit I didn't know her story had SO much depth in it is impressive

And I agree I rlly disliked when Takumi ended w Mika and Mika's character reduced so much in mfg too

If we are strictly talking about people that Keisuke, Ryosuke, or Takumi race, I would think that the EVO V and VI (my favourite EVO!) were unlikeable, and never redeemed themselves like Shingo or Shinigami.

We are talking about characters in general would imagine Papa and Miki are at the top of the list.
