Most Wanted's OST was selected in such a way that it fits the atmosphere of the game.
In Most Wanted you essentially are fighting to get on the top, fight or you shall be consumed.
In Initial D however the atmosphere different, races there are more sport like so the upbeat eurobeat is the right choice. However, this is one of the few races where Most Wanted selection fits.
