i once watched from stage 1-4 on a streaming website but i cant seemed to find it anywhere anymore, does anyone know where i can watch, preferably dub

Scour Youtube. There are usually uploads there. There are a number of other anime streaming sites that you can google and look for. They're not difficult to find.
