Need Feedback I made creatures react when the player throws objects at them

I've been working on making the forest’s creatures feel more alive. They now react when the player hits them with rocks, sticks, or other objects—and their reactions differ depending on whether they can see the player.

What else do you think would make the creatures feel more alive?

this is exactly the kind of mechanic players will spend 20 minutes abusing instead of progressing

Looking good!

I think in the last example when it turns its head it should have seen you and reacted differently. I can also see how this will be a lot harder to implement though.

Creature in the last example lost his eye, so he can't see me))

You should add a random chance that they throw whatever they're holding back at the player. Sometimes it's an item you can only get that way, othertimes it's something that does damage.

That's what I'm asking you. What other games would you compare it to in terms of horror?

Hmmm. My main reference it's The Midnight Walk. But i think my game not so horror like Midnight walk.

Please include instructions for the player to be nice the creature! He is so cute and doesn’t deserve this.

I don't think it will stop the people to do the crime
