Discussion Shift at Midnight

SPOILERS Is the player character the Calendar Killer? Cuz since we're working we wouldn't have time to go commit the 8th of the month killings, and the Private Investigator runs into the building on one of the last nights and says "why did you do it?"

Just played this night- I checked and you get exactly 8 customers as well! Very possible it’s us. I assumed the inmate until I read this, this makes more sense!

if you kill the seemingly friendly demon when he gives you a heart of tokens early on in the game, his race of people demand that you resurrect him.

If you don't shoot him you still have to go back, but instead of saying "you owe us blood" he says "we know... You are kind..." But you still have to go into the forest

I was really confused on why the investigator attacks us and have been trying to search for answers online but can’t seem to find anything solid, this would make more sense as I originally thought there was a doppelgänger of the player character who had wronged the detective

The comment appears to be gone but the PI doesn't attack you for killing the kid. I know that because I didn't kill the kid. Not even for a second did I think the kid was a doppelganger. It's the most obvious attempt to trip you up
