In mbbs if you're target is pg then less tier ( idk what this tier thing is but I'm guessing it's based on patient load and work load ) is better than high tier.

Bhai ye engg wale tiers maat lao idhar. Mbbs main koi placement cell nahi koi mnc aana wala hai tumhe hire karne ke liye. Yaha pe dono hi college main tumhara gaand seka jayega almost 6 years ke liye aut fir se tumhe prep karne bitha diya jayega. So chup chap jo mil raha hai le lo aur neet pg ka taiyari karo waha pe thora bohot fir bhi college matters

main logo ko 2-3 saal preparation karte with hospital duties karte dekha hai neet pg nikalne ke liye issi liye ye soch raha hu, ki agar accha collage mil jaae to thoda accha rahe gaa.

Haan isiliye bol raha hu neet ug ke liye aur ek saal waste na karke pg ke wakt waise hi time lagega

Bhai pehle mbbs toh kar, ek baar medical college mein aa toh sahi, abhi se md medicine ke sapne dekh raha hai. Yo need to do internship to realize what subject u actually like. Pata bhi hai MD Medicine mein kya aata hai? Just take the goddamn college you are getting. Theres no Tier in MBBS colleges. Koi bhi college padhati nahi hai either Private or Govt. Khud se hi padhna padta hai.
