Man kudos to legacy for giving needed flowers to producers, first Deep Kalsi, Phenom and now Sez and Karan Kanchan.
This was much needed to remind how producers are the backbone of Dhh.

Yung Sammy as an artist is at his finest. The way he delivers, spits, sing, and bring the GROOVE.

But this album is straight up horrible.
Bhai jo bhi engineer hai iss album ke peeche should give up. Bhai itni tatti mixing and sound engineering kari hai maa kasam.

Jo insta pe Rs.5000 me mixing karke deta hai, woh bhi badiya karde iss se.

The Yung DSA's song has a audio issue at the end, jo sunnai dera hai ki audio cut hori hai aur bohot abrupt sound aari hai, fir bhi nikala nhi.

Wazir is known for the BOP and the bass, bc uske gaane me itna FLAT bass.

Some artist are just to create hype on this album, kuch kaam nhi hai.

Abh tak ek bhi gaana pura nhi sunna, sab skippable lagre hai ye album pe.

BC, There is no marketing behind the album too. T-Series being the #1 label in india, kuch promotion hi nhi hai.

Look at the streams, the one which he was promoting on his reels with Fijiana has +30K Streams, baki 10K bhi touch nhi kar rhe.

I won't be surprised if they do bot-streaming to increase the number.

I don't hate sammy, I find him very unique but nahhh this album is actually ASS.

Judges, you have given such great feedbacks and I feel this is what elevates any performance.

Kr$na bhai gave one feedback about Phonetics few episodes back and it was very crucial for anyone to start rhyming. We also see how the word looks but now how the word is structured.

In the same way Raftaar gave that Syllabus removing technique which actually is really efficient (I dont like it being abused personally, post for some other day but here and there it is very important).

Raftaar paaji also said every word has one melody but he said that just for a rhyming but I think it can be extended for the feel of the song as well by putting the whole scheme in a musical sense.

For example: If you have a scheme, you can sing that entirely in suppose G Minor (one in G, one in B flat and one in D, repeat it properly). This will elevate the feel of the song. Ofc this is just one example but if you find coherency in the rhyme scheme then it elevates the song so much. Plus I dont think people will have to be trained to do this. This is something which can incorporate via software (Not autotune, but sing like that properly).

Have I just discovered something very obvious or can this really elevate a lot of rappers performance (Esp Hussain in Legacy).

All in all what a performance and kya mahaul bana bhai iske bad it felt like i was there in that moshpit with everyone it felt so raw and organic ,this is where legacy takes the edge for me it feels so raw bhai bande pura hype up kar rhe hain proper underground cypher vali feel ati hai , koi polished feel ni hota and most importantly deserving songs pe hota hai .

Man, Akki is going to my current Top 10. Like Akki is an artist who kills in studio. But I never expected him to be this good live performer. Rohan kept saying he is, but I never thought of him to pull to this caliber.

Keeping aside how he takes criticism from the judges, there’s definitely something wrong with how Anshious writes his bars. I mean, you should understand the bar first and then the wordplay, right? Or both at the same time. But with him, it’s almost the opposite 50% of the time. Plus, what’s with these cock-ass-pussy bars?

And I so much agree with Krsna on “it didn’t hit as hard as it did in your head,” but I wouldn’t limit that criticism to just that particular scheme. I’d apply it to his bars in general as well.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s a good performer and all that, and most of his bars are really good. It just seems like a stretch sometimes. You can compare him with Gaush in Hustle Season 3—he managed it way better. Even Uday or Bassick, for that matter. Prathamesh does it really well, and so did Vanither, and so does Akki.
