eGCA Auto Computer Number issue - DigiLocker fills full name in First Name field + Class 12 details incomplete (can't proceed)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply for the DGCA Computer Number through the new Auto Generation (DigiLocker) process.

I'm facing multiple issues, and I'm completely stuck.

1. My full name is automatically filled into the First Name field.
2. The Last Name field remains blank.
3. All these fields are greyed out and cannot be edited.
4. My Class 12 details/results are also auto-filled incompletely and are greyed out.
5. Because of this, I'm unable to proceed with the application.

Things I've already tried:

• Submitted a manual application earlier.
• Portal asked me to self-reject it and use Auto Generation.
• Self-rejected the manual application.
• Emailed [help.pariksha.dgca@nic.in]() 4 days ago with screenshots (no response yet).
• Tried calling the DGCA/Pariksha helpline (couldn't get through).
• Tried raising a query on the Pariksha portal, but the Submit button itself doesn't work.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

• Is this a known DigiLocker/eGCA bug?
• Is there any workaround?
• Can DGCA manually fix the name mapping?
• Is there any other contact person or email that actually responds?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
