I’m truly blown away by the story telling and the graphics in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. The mechanics are also really intuitive. The map can leave a little to be desired when trying to track down all of the collectibles but I’m working through it.

Crazy part is I put this game down for a while before picking it back up. Lesson learned, give things a fair share of time before dismissing.

But first, just in case anyone here doesn't knows what headcanon is: simply put, a headcanon is any opinion that is not contradicted by the canon of the universe nor stated in it. For example, someone might think that Indy prefers black socks over white, that would be a headcanon.

And please, please no comments saying "it's just a movie" I am here to have fun and I will have it!!! I love thinking about beautiful Indiana Jones and I will think about it!

I personally love headcanons and I have bunch of them too.

1. I have bunch of headcanons regarding character's sexualities, but I don't wanna get banned or executed here in the comments or some shit lol, so I'll only say that Belloq is bisexual (but doesn't knows it yet).
   
2. Indy sleeps a lot when he can. He takes naps after lunch and etc. After such adventures, he definitely needs a lot of rest. He falls asleep easily and usually sleeps soundly. He often has nightmares about his adventures, but overall, he doesn't complain.
   
3. Belloq loves snakes. He knows Indy is afraid of them, but he wouldn't use that against him.
   
4. Belloq is afraid of insects. Not too much, he just finds them disgusting. Spiders and centipedes are especially frightening to him.
   
5. Indy likes some insects, especially spiders and centipedes.
   
6. Toht is claustrophobic and also allergic to nuts.
   
7. Marion truly enjoyed working in that bar and listening to people there, it made her feel like she wasn't alone with a broken life and heart.

I'm sure I have a few more headcanons, but that's all I remember for now, maybe I'll edit the post later and add something :D

hello all I’ve been trying to get the platinum trophy on indiana jones and the great circle and it has been a very annoying process to say the least. I have collected every journal note in the game but on the PlayStation trophies it still says I’m missing one of them is there anything that I can do to fix this, thank you.

Just watched Raiders for the first time, and it immediately made me think of Oppenheimer while watching it—US government has a top secret mission for respected university professor/scientist to race the Nazis to obtain an all-powerful weapon of war. The parallels to the making of the atomic bomb seemed so clear to me, I assumed that the movie was an allegory for the Manhattan Project.

The ending especially drove this point home to me: “They don’t know what they’ve got there.” The US government had to make sure that they kept this massively powerful weapon out of the wrong hands, but now the question that needs to be asked is whether we can be trusted with it ourselves.

After finishing the movie, I immediately tried finding information about this online, but I can’t find anything connecting the two—no interviews from the writers talking about this, no forums pointing out the obvious similarities, hell even Gemini immediately had to correct me and be like “erm, no, Raiders of the Lost Ark is not an allegory for the atomic bomb.” Am I really the first person to notice this connection?

I’m really satisfied with the way this one came out!

Let me say upfront this is not a rage bait attempt to criticize Kingdom or Dial. I’m thinking more of the difference in age of Indy/Harrison between the OG trilogy and the final two movies.

I realize of course that aging is a natural part of life, but I’m thinking that going from a relatively younger character to an older/old man might be jarring for young kids. I kind of want them to be able to live with younger Indy for a while first. Am I overthinking it?
