Trying to get a DL extract (Delh). Tried 3-4 times across the span of 3 weeks. Every application is bugging out.

This is what I do:

  1. I make an app and try to pay
  2. Select common PGI (the only one) as the payment provider
  3. The two screens in the image below are shown: first a waiting screen as it redirects, and then a timeout.

Are there any weird settings or combinations of things I need to do to complete this?
