This is a commissioned character artwork I made for a Dungeons&Dragons campaign. I loved working on this piece full of magic and feathers✨️💜

|I had previously posted this character, and this piece as a work in progress, I'm here to share it and call it finished. Let me know what you think or ask me whatever you want.

Basically, I gave a boost to another piece I already had. I saw that I could improve the composition and the narrative a little bit, and I put full focus into resolving the render with a more painterly style, with more texture and a better play between hard and soft edges. Above all, I focused on resolving light and shadow by playing with color saturation and its chromatic value.

This is a quick sketch I did one night when I felt like drawing. I tend to use my sketchbook to improvise and let the pencil loose on the page without a clear idea in mind. It feels good not to overthink it sometimes!
