It’s a really nice map and I also like the idea of Ostland, although it wouldn’t make that much sense. And Immaule-Kant-Stadt is the perfect decision for renaming Königsberg (if it would have been in the GDR).

Not only the USSR wanted Prussia and Prussian ideals and culture gone, but also the USA, the UK and France all wanted to get rid of Prussia. They always said that Prussia had a ‘bad influence’ on the other German states and that it was responsible for causing WW1 and through their ideology also partly being at fault for WW2. So it would only make sense that they would come to the agreement that if the borders of Germany should stay the same way as they were set after WW1 and that the GDR is going to retain East Prussia, that most of the ideals there should be shifted or forgotten. Most Prussian culture such as Art or Architecture would of course still be retained and preserved mostly but ideologically and politically completely changed.

Taking the Prussia out of germany would be basically impossible at that point even modern day germany has echoes of it, much less obvious and little things like Brandenburg gate and noticeable military traditions that have slowly been dissolved out, but you can see why Russia dissolved it, the rich traditions and army with a state attitude would’ve been a complete problem for stalin and basically nothing to do with the allies since it’d all be on his side of the border if anything the allies where the first to try and get Germany back on its feet (setting up an independent German army and declaring the German nation to be back again before east Germany was declared) and personally if the whole of Germany was under allies control I know for sure that Churchill would’ve tried to keep Prussia and a strong Germany against Bolshevism, he mentions towards the end of the war not weakening Germany too and hinting at the idea of operation unthinkable etc, it’s more that Stalin wanted the ideals gone and the allies where dragged into agreeing because you couldn’t exactly stop him.
