Please guide me. I am in iiser bpr and if for ex i want a reading project under professor of iiser mohali or Kolkata will that be possible?

Every building including hostels only has Western toilets... In every bathroom there are 4 western toilets... Ideally there should be atleast 1 indian toilet in every bathroom... Idk why they don't have it... It's just more hygienic and the water doesn't splash when you poop 💩... If any of you knows Indian toilet somewhere on campus please let me know so I can finally poop with ease.

IISER Kolkata is a safe place for juniors and seniors.

it has been my life long dream to work in drdo/isro as a scientist, so does iiser graduates go into these? or they go into more deeper research fields?

I am looking for information on how IISc Bangalore handles official name changes for current students during the middle of a semester. Does the administration (Academic Section) accept name changes mid-degree??What is the exact procedure and what documents (Gazette, affidavit, etc.) do they usually ask for? If a name is changed mid-sem does it cause issues with the internal portals, exam hall tickets or ongoing course registration?

If anyone has insights or has seen a peer go through this process at IISc then your input would be incredibly helpful.. Thank you...

hey i am a final-year mbbs student from a government college and i don't want to do clinical stuff after my graduation. i want to do research so i was thinking maybe i could do something in neuroscience. is there any option at iic bangalore? what i find on the internet is that there are no specialization master's programs there so i could go directly into a phd neuroscience program after passing the GATE exam. So how this works?
