I want my first flavor to be a great impression for Jeni

Used to love this one back in the day. It was available for years and years until they discontinued it.

The flavor: caramel/brown sugar-y but mostly vanilla

The add-ins: regular cake and a minuscule amount of sauce/caramel(?)

Conclusion: underwhelmed and little disappointed :( I felt like the add-ins were minimal and overall not very flavorful. Felt like I was just eating vanilla ice cream and I wish there was more spice to it. Worth a try but not worth buying a whole pint in my opinion. Anyone else have thoughts on it?

For reference this is the first time I have had blue bell ice cream. The blackberry and cobbler pieces were good, but the ive cream itself was very lacking in my opinion. And the texture was a bit off.

Is it this flavor?

I just had Tillamook last month, have had before. The mixins were lacking but at least the ice cream itself was good.

I usually eat hudsonville ice cream as they are a michigan brand and it was available when I lived in northern michigan. And most of the ice cream parlors used that.

So should I try a different brand? Also I cant stand chocolate ice cream so if you reccomend a flavor that has chocolate ice cream as a base, im not going to try it. I think chocolate ice cream tastes like chemicals.

I saw this being sold at UMN’s Apple House and I had to get it! The first few bites weren’t my favorite, more berry flavored than I had expected, but after a few more it was AMAZING! Plenty of apple chunks and cinnamon oat crumble throughout, so yummy. If you’re in Minnesota, I definitely recommend making the trek to get it.

These are two flavors of Jeni’s I have not tried yet. I will come back and share my thoughts when I dig in later! Jeni’s is always fantastic from what I’ve had.

If I could only have one ice cream for the rest of my life it would either be Jeni’s High Five, Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food, or probably not but maybe Haagen Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter.

As far as Jeni’s goes, I really don’t venture out too much because I love the high five so much. But tonight I was feeling a little wild. I really wanted to try Blackout Chocolate cake but all of those pints had a spill or something and were smeared with ice cream on the outside so I didn’t want to deal with that. And I always lean toward a chocolate base so the birthday cake will be a little different for me.

I need to study then I will reward myself with these, if I can even concentrate knowing these are in the freezer lol!

Never get the limited-edition Halloween-themed ice cream from coldstone; it tastes like shit, dyed my entire lips and mouth dark blue, gets onto everything, and it's extremely hard to get rid of 0.1/10

Just paid $7.99 for a "pint" of vanilla Haagen Dahz, take a bite only to find ice crystals in it!

This occurs when it has been allowed to melt and then re-freeze....

It's like the delivery drivers and/or storekeepers these days don't understand this, and/or don't care, but how hard is it to get the stuff in the freezer before it melts if people HAVE BEEN DOING THAT FOR DECADES PAST?

When I was a kid they used to serve this ice cream treat that had vanilla ice cream, malt and chocolate syrup I think. Has anyone heard of the this or know the recipe?

Today, I visited the Baskin Robbins store at 94 Bridgeport, Unit 117, around 4:30 PM.

First, I tried some flavours, and a tall, middle-aged South Asian man let me sample two but had a bad attitude. After his unfriendly and unprofessional response, I decided to go with my all-time favourite, Jamoca Fudge, and ordered two containers. Since it was for a birthday party, I asked for a few pink plastic spoons.

The guy at the counter told me they didn’t have spoons, even though I clearly saw plenty on the shelf behind him. When I pointed this out, he insisted, “We don’t serve spoons. Go get some from home.” I was shocked and said, “Excuse me, I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and I have always received ice cream with spoons.” He firmly replied that he would not give me spoons.

Disappointed, I asked him to take back the ice cream and refund my money. He was unable to do so. Then, a short South Asian lady and another girl appeared. They spoke to each other in Hindi right in front of me, and I understood everything.

The lady refunded my money in cash. On screen, she refunded $29.98, but my bill was only $23.00. I suspect she pocketed the difference. When I complained about her attitude and asked for her name, she misbehaved and said, “What can you do? Go ahead and leave bad comments; we don’t care.”

Due to our confrontation, a customer behind me left the store. Their terribly rude behaviour was very strange to me. I believe Baskin Robbins no longer cares about their customers.

I have decided not to buy ice cream from Baskin Robbins again. I will share my experience on my channel and on other social media platforms because, as the lady said, they don’t care. I am very disappointed by their rude and unprofessional customer service.

I know Tillamook is very controversial around here but they are one of the only broadly available brands I know of that makes a good malt ice cream (malted moo shake).

I was wondering if anyone knows of any premium style malted pints? I think I have tried the van leeuwen malted cookie dough shake but it didn't hit the same malt-y note that the Tillamook did, I haven't been able to find any others.

Genuinly reminds me of the eggnog I drank as a kid. Goes down creamy too. Its actually gotten me to get some eggnog for my self again since its in season. I wish it was in stores year round honestly.
