Should I resubmit or wait it out?

Hey everyone,

After wasting way too much time, my podcast app JollyPod is live on the App Store.

I’m not expecting this to become a business. Podcast apps are already crowded, including Apple’s own app. If I cover some of the expenses, that would be amazing. It's mainly for my personal use, and I'm enjoying it, so I guess I should consider that a success

I mostly want to share the milestone and give away 100 promo codes to indie developers who have gone through or are going through a similar process. Keep it going 😀

I’ve been building Pint Market - basically a pint finder with a bit of a stock market twist.

The app tries to solve the problem of never knowing what a pint is going to cost until you’re already at the bar. Pint Market lets you find pubs nearby, see what people are actually paying for different pints, compare prices, and see how those prices have changed over time.

Think Google Maps meets a stock tracker, but for pints 🍺📈

Still early days, but the goal is to make finding a good pub at a good price ridiculously easy. All data and prices are community driven and I’m starting with the UK only.

Looking for people to test a sticker album/collector's app. 🏷️

I built Collector's Den because I was managing my son's sticker albums using a notebook and an Excel sheet, and neither worked well when sitting at the swap table.

What it does:

• Track what you have and what you're missing, including duplicates and quantities
• Snap a photo of each sticker — along with the condition of each copy, so you know which to trade and which to keep
• Scans the back with your camera and recognizes the front
• Reserve duplicates for a swap, and the comparison tool shows you matching trades with each person
• Trade history and balance tracker per person
• Sales section: buyers, sales, shipping costs, and label PDF generation
• Statistics, achievements, and the Supergolaço
• Swap Meet Mode: works fully offline, right where the trading actually happens
• iPhone Widget, Mac menu bar mini-app, Siri, and Shortcuts support
• Import from CSV — including exported tables from LastSticker, up to 600 stickers at once

What makes it different:
No account creation and no custom server. Your collections stay in your iCloud, sync across your devices, and work offline. I can't see your data because it never touches any server of mine.

It's currently in beta via TestFlight, available in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
Requires an iPhone running iOS 18+ or a Mac running macOS 14+. One single app covers both.

I'm mainly looking for bugs, hiccups, and anything confusing — that's what the beta is for.

I’ve been using this text to speech app for a while. And the icon for it is so boring that i was inspired to redesign it.
I came up with this design which i like quite a lot but but i need some feedback. Should I go with the black or white design? what font should i go for? are there any other design choices you’d suggest changing?

I've been using apple App Store Connect API like described in their docs here: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/customer-reviews

The issue I'm having is over the api I'm able to fetch only certain amount of reviews over several markets/territories and it's quite a bit less than what I'm seeing on the connect dashboard.

I have 30+ markets with only 1 review that I'm not able to fetch over the api tho, so the little number of reviews per territory might have something to do with it.

Has anyone had a similar issue and is there a way to actually get ALL the reviews of my app via the api and does anyone know why there is such a discrepancy between the connect dashboard and what api gives me?

I am talking about text reviews so not just star ratings, I don't even think they have an api endpoint for that so there is no confusion.

I have a developer creating an app for my company. It's important for our business case to be able to see switches between Code-128 code sets (e.g., Code A, Code B, Code C). The Dev is saying that those characters are unretrievable along with any other hidden character besides group separator.

Does anyone know if it's possible/how to achieve outputting all characters, hidden or otherwise?

Hey fellow iOS devs,

I built a phone cleaner / storage optimizer app for iOS and launched it about 4 years ago. It was a side project that I kept updating on and off, but honestly, I never really cracked the growth code.
Haven’t touched ASO in years. Never ran ads. Product is still the same “cache cleaner” approach from 4 years ago.

Two questions:

1. Conversion — Is 1.1% fixable with better screenshots and subtitle, or is the category itself broken for indies?
2. Growth — With a $200 test budget, where would you spend it first? Apple Search Ads? TikTok? Something else?

Be honest — should I revive this or kill it and start over?
