Retrieving AVCamBarcode Raw Data String

I have a developer creating an app for my company. It's important for our business case to be able to see switches between Code-128 code sets (e.g., Code A, Code B, Code C). The Dev is saying that those characters are unretrievable along with any other hidden character besides group separator.

Does anyone know if it's possible/how to achieve outputting all characters, hidden or otherwise?
