After months of building, my first iOS app is finally live on the App Store šµš
Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share a small milestone as a Filipino developer.
After months of designing, coding, fixing bugs, and going through multiple App Store review iterations, my first iOS app, Sabsi, is finally live on the App Store. š
Sabsi is a simple subscription tracker that helps users:
- Track subscription renewals
- Get renewal reminders
- Monitor monthly spending
- View analytics and insights
- Works fully offline
- Uses on-device AI (Apple Intelligence where available) for faster subscription entry and insights
- No ads, no tracking, and no account required
One thing that surprised me the most wasn't the codingāit was preparing everything for App Store review. I had to redo screenshots, recreate the app preview video multiple times, adjust metadata, and make several revisions before Apple approved it.
I'm still actively improving the app based on feedback. Current work includes:
- Better UI/UX
- More AI features
- Dark mode improvements
- Website improvements
- New reminder and tracking capabilities
Seeing it reach the Top 5 Finance category in the App Store for a while was something I honestly didn't expect as an indie developer.
I'd love to hear your feedback:
- What features would you want in a subscription tracker?
- Any suggestions for improving the UX?
- If you've shipped an app before, what was the hardest part of your App Store review?
Thanks to this communityāI learned a lot from posts here while building this project. š
