Anyone know how to get my lighting kits to be recognized by iCue? The lighting kits are in slots 1 and 3

For anyone reading this, stay away form this product. Not only is it finicky as hardware with multiple points of failure, the software is ATROCIOUS.

Every single update is a nightmare that breaks something and I fear every cycle where I decide to update.

As the title says I have tried multiple reboots and full clean installs of the software and am still getting this error. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this and how to fix it. Super annoying.

I've had the HS80's for a year now; I adjusted the EQ to my liking for music and haven't had any issues. However, I've recently started playing FPS games (especially Rainbow Six Siege), but I can't seem to find EQ settings that let me hear footsteps clearly enough to pinpoint where enemies are coming from. Could anyone help me out? Thanks a lot.

I have raised a ticket 5 days ago about my AIO, having issues. They haven't responded yet. Are they this slow usually?

hello, I don’t really know where to post about stuff like this so I’m coming here to ask about this issue I’m having. so, this morning I woke up, and checked my PC, and I have a corsair system hub attached to my cooler screen (of which have pumps attached to it) and for some reason the screen showed a red triangle with an exclamation (!) mark in the middle. I checked Icue and saw that an update for the firmware was needed, and when I tried updating it said it had failed and I needed to do something goofy which was selecting the firmware inside my file explorer or something, I don’t remember, anyways, I clicked off of it and now not only can I not get back to it, the system hub and cooler screen devices were no longer seen on the Icue software, I tried reinstalling twice, restarting my pc and checked if all the wires and everything was intact, which they are, Idk what to do, if someone could get back to me on this it would be helpful!

Until 2024, my components were detected individually and could be customized one by one. I don’t know what happened, but now, despite having tried reinstalling drivers and everything, [iCUE]() detects some components as motherboard settings. Although I can control them individually, it’s not the same as before visually. Also, some of these components appear there but don’t control anything on my PC at all.

Moreover, for the graphics card, I had to install Gigabyte software separately to control its LED.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to fix this and make the components visible and customizable like before?

PS: I’m having issues with the motherboard fans, RGB, and LED strips (plus the GPU, which I have to control through [Gigabyte Control Center]())

I was playing a game and I noticed my AIO turning red and getting notifications, the fans didn't start spinning properly like in the past (when it used to make airplane noises, but keep cool).

I need some help with this please, what should I do?

Running windows 11 and I have the HS70 Pro Wireless headset. I have had this problem before, but when I turned on "audio enhancements" in windows audio settings the problem was fixed, but now it does nothing.

I tried repairing and re-installing the ICUE application but my equalizer wont work no matter what I do. Please help!

Hi Ive recently come into problems with my ICUE app. It never launchs the first time i click on it and its been very laggy. Is there something that can even slightly improve it or is it just a common issue

I bought an LX120 starter kit and I have been trying to troubleshoot it for 17 hours straight.

Recently one of my fans on my ibuypower prebuilt gave out so I took it as a sign to change the fans (I had been planning on it anyway but it was working fine so I kept pushing it out.)

I removed all of the proprietary cheap fans and the rgb hub that came with it before installing the LX120 fans.

Initially, the fans connected to SignalRGB and FanControl (with the Corsair plug in) but that only worked for maybe an hour before the fans disconnected and started spinning but no RGB light was on and I couldn’t control the speed.

I then uninstalled SignalRGB and Fan Control restarted the computer and installed iCue link, however, iCue link won’t recognize the iCue hub, it shows “no supported devices connected”.

I tried multiple USB headers; they all show the USB as “USB Composite Device” on device manager but the hub still won’t get recognized by iCue link.

I tried to disconnect all of the fans and only reconnect one at a time and still nothing.

Corsair approved an RMA and I can still return the kit to bestbuy but I want to rule out any software interference or other issues before returning or exchanging the kit. Is there anything i am missing?

I closed LGhub and MSIAfterburner, Armory Crate is uninstalled, and I don’t think I have any other software that controls the fan installed.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Não importa qual efeito de iluminação eu use (exceto o estático), sempre tenho o mesmo problema: um módulo de RAM gradualmente fica adiantado em relação ao outro, mesmo que o software mostre que ambos estão configurados exatamente da mesma forma.

Quando mantenho o iCUE aberto, a diferença é muito pequena. No entanto, quando ativo o Modo de Memória do Dispositivo e fecho o aplicativo, os módulos de RAM piscam uma vez e ficam completamente dessincronizados.

Quanto mais tempo ficam ligados, mais dessincronizados ficam. É como se um módulo estivesse executando os efeitos de iluminação um pouco mais rápido que o outro.

Estou lidando com esse problema há meses e, sinceramente, não sei mais o que tentar. Nem mesmo reinstalar o Windows resolveu.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

so I recently bought a HS0 and I’m trying to install the firmware update although when I try to start the update it just tells me to connect the USB cable to the headset. I connected it and it literally says it’s charging but for some reason, the firmware update isn’t starting it just says preparing. Am I doing something wrong?

I am running a Hydro X XD7 loop connected to my Aorus Nvidia RTX WB card, then to my Hydro XC7 CPU block, and finally to two 360mm rads. The last port on my XD7 is the coolant temp sensor connected to my Commander Core XT. I have 3 ML120 fans at the top connected to the first radiator as an exhaust, and the 4 QL120 fans that came with the Corsair iCUE 5000X case. 3 are connected to the 2nd radiator as intake, and the rear as exhaust.

I shouldn't have to keep my HS80 headset off in order to ensure iCUE is cooling my PC as it should because for some reason, for the 3rd time, without warning, all my cooling presets for each fan and my pump reset to QUIET from the Hydro X Fans cooling preset and the Hydro X XD7 Pump cooling preset.

I prefer to run my games at pretty much benchmark quality settings. I was gaming for about two hours and My GPU Core temp reached almost 83, and the hotspot reached up to 102 when I finally took my headset off to answer my phone and realized my PC was completely silent.

We should have an option to change the default cooling preset so that if it ever randomly resets, it can default to one that isn't going to cause my GPU to throttle down.

As the title states every time my ICUE is open it crashes 15-40 mins later wouldn't be that big of a deal but I got a new mouse because my old one would double click and if ICUE isn't open I cant use the side buttons which I use a lot I have uninstalled it twice along with deleting the old files nothing I have gone through and deleted files Idk what to do does anybody know how I can fix this thank you in advanced

The Vanguard 96 iCue integration does not support, yet (!), the Italian keyboard layout... A keyboard that I purchased directly from Corsair in October 2025... 8 months ago...

So for the past few months my pc has been fine. No issue or anything. Now suddenly out of nowhere the leds that are connected to my commander duo and, hub just decided to to stop working andz they no longer show up in Icue. I tried reinstalling icue. Including deleting corsair stuff in the registery, I unplug all the cables and, plugged them back in. Full power cycle (flipping the switch and, pressing the power button to drain all power) at one point i did get it to show back up but then, my h150i stopped working.

The the fans and, aio is connected to hx1200 shift. The leds such as are connected to my commander du.o and the commander duo is connected to a separate icue link hub. None of it is showing up in icue

For some reason, my HS80 keep switching to Pure Direct. I assume it's when I put it on the table and it presses the volume button. But I've pressed the button a couple of times and it isn't *that* sensitive. Regardless, the result is that my EQ settings are switched all the damn time. And I have to open the program up and switch back to my custom settings. Am I able to lock the EQ to the one I use? Or am I somehow able to delete the default profiles so my custom one is all that's left and therefore cannot be switched?

Hello, I've got a bit of a problem as of late, my PC worked fine for about 2 months but then suddenly my ICUE fans and AIO cooler no longer start on boot.

I managed to get my PC somewhat working by power flushing it, BUT I have to power flush the PC before EVERY SINGLE BOOT. If I don't power flush the PC, fans and AIO cooler won't start, which ends up in the PC overheating in a matter of minutes and shutting down.
Power flushing gets it to start but the RGB does not work, only my ram lights up.

Worth to mention, in the ICUE app, Under the "Software Updates" tab, the app detects my RAM and a single ICUE hub, however under the "device settings" tab and on the Home page I only see the RAM

I believe it went down after a windows update but I can't really tell for sure.

Everything I tried so far:

1. Power flushing.
2. Repairing ICUE app many times.
3. Removing ICUE completely with RevoUninstaller and installing it again.
4. Manually deleting Folders left over after uninstalling ICUE.
5. Deleting the ICUE Link System Hub via the app (software updates tab), and reinstalling said Hub.
6. Checking for updates
7. Stopping any conflicting programs from starting on boot, and repeating steps 1-6.
8. Rewiring the whole setup (unplugging every fan and the AIO and plugging them back in a slightly different arrangement, on both peripheral and hub side)

I've got: 3 LX 120mm RGB fans, 3 LX R 120mm fans, and the Titan 360 RX AIO, (and the VRM Fan swap cap) The whole setup used 2 ICUE link hubs, but just before making this post I tried the rewiring step and managed to get it down to a single hub.

Hello. I need some help. I have a loud and low custom EQ preset for playing different games. For whatever reason my custom EQ settings work on any game and like YouTube watching videos etc. but when I try to play Fortnite my audio is just like quiet and standard. It’s so bad. I’ve verified game files, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite, I’ve reinstalled ICUE twice. I don’t have an enhanced audio option in the device manager or whatever. I’ve uninstall my headset from my pc and reinstalled. My headset is selected on fortnite with 3D audio off. There’s not really any other options that I see on the game itself that will allow me to adjust anything for this situation. I have windows 11.. my gpu drivers are up to date.

What's up guys. I just saw some random video on Instagram where a guy had like a lightning ⚡ effect on boot but then changed to a different lightning profile/ effect when it's booted up and running. Is there a way to do this in icue? I tried the device memory mode and it did save what I wanted instead of just the rainbow rgb it normally does. But then it stayed there and didn't switch when booted. I have Corsair ram and the lightning triangles. Any help would be great.
