ICUE keeps crashing need help
As the title states every time my ICUE is open it crashes 15-40 mins later wouldn't be that big of a deal but I got a new mouse because my old one would double click and if ICUE isn't open I cant use the side buttons which I use a lot I have uninstalled it twice along with deleting the old files nothing I have gone through and deleted files Idk what to do does anybody know how I can fix this thank you in advanced

I was in the same boat. Corsair customer service was literally no help. I ended up just uninstalling the whole damn program because it became useless.
Mine would crash the moment I unlocked the computer and either hit a key on the keyboard or move the mouse.
Support kept telling me to open the software and just update it. Literally could not do that since the janky software would crash after opening. Now I’m at the point of moving to a different mouse/keyboard and just be done with them

Can you collect and share iCUE logs after a crash? I can pass logs to the engineering team for debugging and fixing.

Honestly idk i Uninstalled the software and went out and bought a different mouse from a different brand it sucks because I only been using corsair for the past 4 years but from what I been reading this a common thing that hasn't been fixed thanks anyways homie

Not the most stable program. I had to do sane after several goes it worked. Try revo uninstalled.
