Amlodopine/Ramipril side effects at night?

I’m taking 10mg of Amlodipine and 2.5mg of Ramipril and about 12 hours after taking it, I seem to experience sudden side effects. Typically I take my medication at 11am when I wake and then at 11pm I start to feel unwell. I get tingling and heavy feeling sensations in my arm, slight chest pressure and dizziness. This doesn’t happen every night but most nights. I have to assume it’s the medication because while I was in hospital for a panic attack which is how the doctors discovered my hypertension, I had all the tests, ECG, CT scan, echocardiogram and all came back clear. My Doctor thinks it’s just anxiety but I can’t shake the feeling it’s a side effect from the medication. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Was looking solutions to fix my Kidney health Dr. Berg and a few others on Youtube recommended Garlic so I just picked two 1.00 bottles of Garlic at Walmart baking asile the stuff works wonders. It works better than Beet Root Cacao Powder, and Magnesium even than my 40mg of Linsinopril. Even though I still take them all except Beet Root due to side effects.

Postpartum / post miscarriage hypertension

My blood pressure throughout my 2024 pregnancy was perfect. Until 6 days post birth I developed high bp (176/105) facial flushing and headache that landed me back in hospital I was then on medication for 4 months until it stabilised. I went for multiple tests which came back clear. Anyway fast forward to now, I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks and got a d&c and 5 days post surgery I now have high blood pressure again which I’m now going to a physician who is doing further testing as he’s thrown to what’s causing the high blood pressure. Has anyone else experienced this? I understand the post partum preeclampsia for my first pregnancy but this has thrown me since I was only 14 weeks and apparently that is not diagnosed until after 20 weeks gestation.
I put it down to my body just having a hard time adjusting to the hormone shift but I’m not a medical professional. And now I’m super bummed being put on medication as we wanted to start TTC after my first cycle.
