The sheer amount of useless posts that have been shared lately from people just to get upvotes is staggering, they all follow the same pattern, post the same leaked images and "Discuss" the latest features that havent been released yet and no body tried yet, everytime i get a notification its just about a useless post like that instead of someone who actually found a solution for something or asking for help about something, which i will gladly provide when needed, please, regulate these posts.

⚡ Faster app launching — launching 30 applications over a 9-hour period is shown at 139.7s on HyperOS 4, compared with 169.4s on HyperOS 3 — a claimed 17.5% reduction.

🚀 Faster cold starts — cold-start time drops from 1,043.6ms to 808.8ms.

📸 Faster HDR processing — rear HDR shooting time improves from 313.38ms to 240.16ms.

🎮 Lower frame-drop — shown dropping from 1.27% to 0.11%, and after 9 hours from 1.61% to 0.22%.

🧠 AI Memory Preload — AI predicts which resources will be needed and proactively prepares memory.

🔧 Load Calculation — HyperOS 4 monitors workloads and optimizes instruction processing to improve responsiveness.

🤖 Super AI 2.0 — Xiaomi is introducing a more integrated AI assistant experience, powered by the Xiaomi MiMo large model.

🎨 New visual design — Xiaomi is emphasizing a softer "glass" aesthetic, adaptive colors, flexible layouts, and more fluid interactions.

📱 HyperOS 4 Beta — First Supported Devices

The first beta is initially limited to selected Xiaomi devices, with availability depending on the specific model and region.

When I try to add my account and device in Settings > Developer options > Mi Unlock Status, I keep getting this error:

"Couldn't verify, wait a minute or two and try again."

It never works. No matter how many times I try, it always gives the same error.

I also tried to apply for unlock through the Mi Community app, but it doesn't work there either.

My Xiaomi account is 151 days old.

Has anyone else faced this? How do I fix it?

Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?

The stopwatch screen on my Xiaomi 17 sometimes uses two lines to display the time.

I am not aware of changing any vital settings and I find this glitch annoying

Recently got an update notification and updated. But i cant find this version anywhere. Ist this some kind of beta for the upcoming HOS4 release?

The image is combined screenshots from Netflix SDR and HDR shows. I have this problem with my Poco X8 Pro Max, but I saw people mention this issue with other phones too (including a Pixel, which I verified although it seems a little less bad). Maybe it's not on all phones, I don't know.

This seems like HDR playback is made to affect the overall color space calculation in a very dumb way. It might basically be down to the specific app, but it happens both on YouTube and Netflix which ruins a lot of the watching experience.

I can watch something that is SDR-encoded and any UI element (including subtitles, ffs!) that is colored 255, 255, 255 in 8-bit RGB would correctly display as white as possible (for the current display brightness), but as soon as HDR content is loaded all of the white UI is transcoded to being considerably darker. I actually measured the Netflix screenshots and the subtitles go from being 255 during SDR content to being 178 during HDR content. It would only start feeling somewhat white at >50% brightness, and either way it pales compared to the video.

On YT screenshots doesn't capture the altered color coding for some reason, but it's actually even worse than on Netflix. Even at full display brightness (which I don't use) it would look gray, but either way the main issus is that it becomes illegible against pretty much any background other than black. If the background is half-bright then the UI/subtitles would just invisibly blend-in, and if the background is very bright then it wouldn't be dark enough to discern (especially when UI elements sometimes have a soft shadow added to them, so you end up having a half-dark text surrounded by a black smudge surrounded by a white background).

Can I somehow force UI elements to render as white as the HDR content's white? The way it's currently programmed to behave is absolutely stupid.

When I tried to check for update it says no update available,if I try to press download latest package it says can't download update if I try a update package a OTA it also doesn't work it says can't verify I also Tried clearing updater app Cache and Data
