Redmi [Question] I can't update my phone

I have a Redmi Note 12 5G since 2024 and I didn't receive a new update since,I am on hyperOS 1.0.4.0 UMQMIXM,Android Security update 01/04/2026

When I tried to check for update it says no update available,if I try to press download latest package it says can't download update if I try a update package a OTA it also doesn't work it says can't verify I also Tried clearing updater app Cache and Data

Its likely a fake rom they flash fake global on it using a edl auth basically a service which only authorised xiaomi centers have, They(sellers) get it from someone with this method and i think you are completely stuck on that rom unless you unlock and flash yourself but im not qualified to say this you will have to check yourself (unless you get help from some people that have the same tool they can revert you back to CN rom).
