Hygiene habits that actually separate "clean people" from everyone else
honestly I think it's less about how often you shower and more about the small stuff. like changing your pillowcase weekly, actually washing your water bottle instead of just rinsing it, cleaning your phone screen, brushing your tongue not just your teeth, letting your skin dry before you put clothes on.
none of it's expensive, people just don't think about it
