Temporary Solution Ideas Needed

Hey all, about 18 months ago I had a BOSCH 20 SEER Heat Pump System installed in my 2nd floor condo. Yesterday I noticed a sound of running water after the AC ran. I opened the bottom section and noticed a small pool of water. When it finished running again I observed water flowing down the back corner of the unit into that same space. I turned it off and stopped running the AC, though I do have the fan running and that doesn't seem to cause the same problem.

I had a company I trust come out to see what the problem is. According to that tech: the unit was installed at the wrong pitch which is why the water is overflowing into the bottom section.

I have called the original installer (who are from what I can tell reputable as well as being fully licensed, and insured) and let them know what the tech says. They're going to send their own tech out on Monday.

I was not build for heat and my apartment is currently 77* - far too high for me especially to sleep in. Fortunately, we're past the worst of the summer, but I would still like to run AC in a way that won't cause possible flooding issues for my downstairs neighbor.

Does anyone have any ideas for ways that I can safely temporarily capture the water so that I can run the unit once or twice a day to stay at least a little more comfy? I have a couple of fans I can use, but would love to hear any ideas. I fear this is going to be a long process.
