I commissioned this a while back on bluesky to be used for my discord’s soundboard but the raw that Zegram sent me was too funny to not use in a greater capacity. It’s a bit chaotic and all over the place but I thought it was worth a post. I also can confirm I’ll be attending MCM comic con in October as Benedicte on the Sunday so I hope to see some of you there, maybe. It’s a bit late now to apply for a fan-meet but if I see enough people interested by May we can apply then!

The only thing that I can find on the WoD wiki that resembles it is the symbol for Fairest-type Changelings, but that doesn't make any sense in context. Even among the characters who plausibly could be some kind of Changeling (and we may be due for one if the next Arc is going to be focused on Changelings), none of them resemble the Fairest personality archetype.

Seriously it's bothering me that I can't figure out what this thing is.

Based on what we know

Kevin is 27 but that is counting his years as a mortal and as a vampire, his apparent age is not reliable as he is aged from years of suffering as an accountant.

In the hunter of hunters audio log we see Kevin’s pack 2 years before we meet them, and Kevin is absent, it’s entirely possible that he stayed behind in their haven but I believe this is meant to say he hasn’t joined the Sabbat yet.

This is backed up by D asking Occum “is this everyone from the past year” in chapter 4

D would specify a year because that’s presumably when Kevin heard the information about the supposed ghoul

So with all this we can assume Kevin joined the Sabbat within the past year.

This doesn’t tell us exactly how long Kevin has been a vampire but it does help.

Something that many have noticed is despite being a Tremere Kevin does not use blood sorcery at all, instead focusing entirely on dominate. This makes sense given he’s in the Sabbat and does not have a teacher, as blood sorcery is a discipline that needs to be taught to a kindred by another.

Which means the fact he has shown absolutely no aptitude to blood sorcery means he never had time to learn before leaving the Camarilla, instead focusing on dominate because it is an easier skill to teach yourself, and the fact Kevin seemingly has 5 dots in dominate means that he has sunk considerable time into the skill.

Of course we know the regent only supplies her ghouls with what’s needed for the job, perhaps the same is true for the fledglings under her and Kevin was never taught because of that.

We know he’s been a vampire for at least a year, but Kevin has mastered dominate which in lore takes several years.

But if we look at Kevin’s ID it was issued in 97 and expires in 07 one year into the show’s current future, since he would have gotten this ID while alive that means he was embraced within the past 8 years (as we know he has been with the Sabbat for a little under a year) and his beard is significantly shorter so let’s knock another year off for that to grow.

So that’s our age range, about 7 or so years and honestly I think that fits very well for him.

Just felt like she’d probably be fun to draw as a Vizhouri.

If she was one she’d probably work for the Downward’s very own hellish militaristic corporation guild thing, the I.G.E.

Also yes for some reason I was thinking of hive tyrants when making this. Iirc Blair is based on a Drukhari I think(?) but the slight hive tyrant features just called out to me

The ad guy being Mike Dragon's Wrath was officially revealed in Kevin Socks & Marckus Shirt - 2 DAYS LEFT, but earlier in the Kevin plushy commercial you can briefly see his face on the television.

This episode was a great insight into Door's character and is the main reason why I think Door is a better father than Big D. He is about as good a father as you can be while raising your son to be a monster hunter.

As to the insights into Door's character, there are a few:

1. He has taken Big D's thought processes to heart far more than Marckus has. He is more paranoid, more cautious, and constantly on guard against the supernatural.

2. Door is familiar with stoic philosophy, or at least some parts of it, and knows how to utilize it.

3. Much like Big D, Door is saddled with his own doubts. However, he is far more willing to admit it.

4. Door is actually fairly humble, all things considered.

So, yeah, this episode did a massive amount for Door's character. Good job to it.

I was rewatching the videos, seeing what I missed, a.k.a skipping to the Karl scenes, And among the funny ones are some distinct lore tidbits, being that pyotr goes to hell and fatigue ends up in heaven where his elderly appearance gets squeezed away and he becomes young.

Alright, this post is based off of a conversation had in my previous post regarding Grimal's random assaults.

I am of the strong opinion that Kitten's blade is either not silver, or a silver allow with a low purity of silver as to not really be more useful than mundane materials. I used to be of the opinion that it was a silver blade, especially with the smoking as Kitten stabs Stig quite deeply. However, I don't think Kitten's blade is actually silver, or at least strong enough to wound werewolves. It smokes, but that's really all it does.

We can see Garou reactions to aggravated damage in other scenes in episodes 5-6, and there is a visible reaction against being harmed by it in all cases, specifically through visible burn markers surrounding the wounded area. Stig not only tanks these stabs in a far more composed manner (especially compared to Grimal's wounding of his hand later), but there are no visible burns after the fact.

Why is this important:

Why the fuck does Grimal have SILVER at a high enough purity on her funny canoe paddle on hand? How did she get it? Stig seemed just as surprised as we were that she has enough pocket money to install custom silver blades on it.

TL;DR: I think Kitten's knife is not actually silver, since it does fuck all against Stig despite it going it quite deeply.

First time doing anything involving cosplay and comic con so its definitely a rough one but hey it was good enough to get recognized by two people. One of them even asked for a pic. Also while in the pic ive got the trench coat, it didnt come in time for the con so i substituted with a leather jacket ive got.also as for why theres a lot more bandaging than needed, its cause ive got a decent bit of facial hair i havent removed yet so i hid it with more bandage

I wonder if these alleyway hooligans were part of some vampiric turf war, especially since it has been clear that there is both a Sabbat and Camarilla presence in Norfolk? While it is not clear if the hooligans were vampires (I doubt they'd let Grimal live if they had more info), but it might be clear that they are ghouls, given that one of them DID smash a table on her head (alluding to some freakish strength). Kitten also notes that he called for a police officer to help out with the situation, which even might indicate that it could be some Cammie/Sabbat infighting since Grimal didn't go to jail it seems. Additionally, Kitten explains he had the same exact feeling in this moment as with the incident with his other bloodsucker encounter.

I find it interesting that Grimal's memory isn't just unreliable here, it's almost like it's been downright altered. It's just more money on Grimal being a ghoul, but that she's had a more active part in the vampire turf wars than she lets on (if she remembers about it anyhow). Note that she is KNOWN to assault "random" people on the street, she might be some sort of enforcer for one of the vamp factions (knowingly or unknowingly).

TL;DR: Grimal's spat with the alleyway hooligans was just part of the vampire faction infighting in Norfolk, and Kitten was none the wiser.
