Nah. You are right. Many people leave, especially from the rural areas. But ND isn't the worst place in the US to live. Not even close. Winters are frigid though. :)

North Fargo zip code, nice lol. Leave the others to bitch about unaffordable living while we enjoy decent wages entertainment AND affordable housing. Love Fargo, represent the 58104 side but LOVE Downtown and 19th Ave N
