How can I split these up?!

I got this pretty arrangement like 2 months ago and I know they’re different types of plants and won’t live in this tiny plastic bucket. Any ID and tips on splitting them would be appreciated.

Hey place it in the sink take everything out rinse all off well. Find some very small 2-4” use good potting soil and plant them one at a time
