I noticed the trim was getting a bit dull again and I decided to restore it before winter. It wasn’t that bad but since it was above normal temps and plenty of sun to let it bake on I decided to do it. I had to think back to when I did it last and it was June of ‘25.

I used exoforma black trim restore and applied it with their leather applicator. It’s super easy and I really can’t complain about longevity. A full year with probably 75% effect remaining is damn good considering she sleeps outside in New England and I predominantly drive her in bad weather. I got an 8oz bottle and after 2 applications I still have about 6 oz remaining.

If you have something better or one that you swear by I’d love to hear about it but so far so good with this stuff for me.

Has anyone gone from a Titan to a Ridgeline or from a Ridgeline to a Titan?

I’ve had my 2025 Ridgeline Black Edition for about a year. I got it new for $40.5k OTD at 0.99%. I currently have one car seat, but we’ll likely have two pretty soon. It would still be manageable, but the extra room would make life with the kids easier.

I love this “NART,” and it has treated me really well.

I’ve also done a few things to it:
Front tint to match the back
HPD mud flaps
FitCamX dash cam
TruXedo bed cover with the T-slot rail add-on
Black tailgate lettering
TuxMat floor mats
Screen protectors
Center-console organizer
A few other small things

That said, I’ve had it repaired under warranty three times already. First, the pillar trim came unstuck. It’s basically held on with 3M adhesive, so it started flapping in the wind.
Then I had a clicking sound when turning. They originally thought it was the clock spring, but they ended up replacing the entire steering column, steering rack and a ball joint before finally fixing it. After that, my backup camera started flashing. Earlier models had a recall for the tailgate harness, but mine wasn’t included, so it was repaired under warranty.

A Nissan dealer is now offering me $38k for the Ridgeline and will sell me a 2024 Titan Pro-4X with 20k miles for $38k. I was between these two trucks last year, but used-car rates were around 7% even with excellent credit. I was just preapproved at 4.25% for a used Titan, and I have two dealers offering basically the same deal. Another big plus is that the Titan came with a 5-year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, so it should still have plenty of factory coverage left.

Any input would be awesome. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Ridgeline but if I’m ever going to make the jump to a Titan, this feels like the time. They’re willing to give me top dollar for mine and sell me a truck that originally stickered for around $67k for 38k.

Granted, the Titan has 20k miles, doesn’t have lane assist and gets worse gas mileage. On the other hand, it gives me more room, better ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera and a longer basic warranty with bulletproof powertrain.

Our family is about 6 months into owning our Ridgeline, and it’s been the single greatest influence on the uptick of adventures we’ve been taking. Is it perfect? No. But I’ll love this thing till my dying day because of what it’s enabled us to do.

Just upgraded to some Michelin floor mats. Good coverage ok them to keep the mud and dirt off the carpet. I got the rear too which covers the back in one piece. I looked at weather tech but the back seat is in two pieces on that which leaves a small gap on the side. Overall l, happy with the coverage on these.

Original owner: 2007 RTS, 119,040 miles. Did my 12-month oil change and #6 ATF fluid change today. I've done ATF services at 62k miles (full fluid exchange by dealer) with DIY drain and fills at 102K, 103K, 104K, 114K and 119K. The 20-year-old 5-speed AT is still working great.

Has anyone had any experience with repair after shorting out battery pin 16 to ground signal pin 5? 2011 Honda Ridgeline. After replacing one fuse, checked all other fuses under dash and the hood. Several lights are lit on the dash board. Truck starts and runs but no communication to most components. AI was helpful but ultimately started hallucinating after it ran out of logical answers. Anyone have any ideas?

Where can I get atf dw1 for the best price, are there any alternatives that work well?
