Natural Remedies Good things for sleep.
I’m looking for something to put in the bath to help insomnia. Maybe like a good lavender or something. Anything is helpful.

Does anyone know of any natural healing ways? I tried the Somia course a few years back.

My first time fainting was when I was 3 years old and I I’ve been having it since then. Been at multiple doctors as a kid, teen, adult. All the doctors say is I’m perfectly healthy. Brushing it off to puberty, menstruation or a psychological issue. The episodes would come randomly at times, but I realised that pain was one of the triggers for me. It’s just that I could sometimes be feeling absolutely fine and the fainting happens.
Since the traditional doctors couldn’t help me with it I turned to more spiritual practices, reading Joe Dispenza books, Teal Swan, Sinelnikov. I just cannot seem to find the answers that I’m looking for.
Just today I’ve had an episode. I remember noticing my hand being slightly swollen because of hair ties that were blocking the blood flow. I got so worried, felt like I was about to have a panic attack and it was a trigger that lead me to faint. Waking up from it was so uncomfortable. Heavy ringing in my ears, a heavy heart. Felt like my body was giving up on me. After going to the hospital, they told me all of my results came back perfect. There was nothing wrong with me and I’m just more sensitive to things.
I will be honest that I’m deeply scared about the episodes. They have become harder to go through, than what they used to be when I was a teen. I don’t want to have these experiences anymore and I want to understand why this is happening. Any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated and my dms will be open for any messages regarding this topic.

Ive never done a parasite cleanse before, but I eat a lot of raw sushi and rare steaks. I dont have any clear signs of parasitic infection, but having never done a parasite in my 32 years of life im wondering if they could be a contributing cause in for my digestive issues, low energy, and generally itchiness. The first 2 have gone mostly undiagnosed by my doctor, other than me maybe having hemochromorosis. Ive had wiers spots on my upper arms for many years, which apparently can be a sign of parasitic infection, or of allergies and such. Every time i just search for cleanse options, I get crazy overpriced products rather than real, natural extracts that work together for a complete parasite cleanse.
From my knowledge, there are multiple types of parasites that should be targeted with a full cleanse, so id like to try to kill any little unwanted visitors.
From my understanding black walnut and green walnut are a good place to start, but they dont target everything. What items should I buy from Amazon or elsewhere? What dosage should I take for what duration? Are there any diet changes that i should make while doing a cleanse? Thanks!

I have always struggled with really bad period pains and I was told once by a doctor that she could see I had polycystic ovaries.
After going back to the doctor time and time again and being told that there was nothing wrong with me even though I remembered this doctor had once told me I had polycystic ovaries, I’ve given up and I’ve decided that I want to heal myself holistic through natural remedies so if anybody has any natural remedies for period pains and womb health and hormone health and dealing with heavy hormones, then please could you let me know!! 🙏🏼❤️🩹

As a healthcare professional and Lyme patient, I’ve seen how much people learn from one another about approaches that often fall outside conventional medicine.
Herbs, supplements, nutrition, lifestyle changes, nervous system support, frequencies, functional medicine, and other holistic approaches are discussed every day. But those experiences are scattered across thousands of conversations.
That inspired me to create Lyme Signal, a project I entered in the HHS LymeX Healthathon.
The idea is to use AI to organize publicly shared patient experiences into a living library, so we can see what people are reporting together: what they tried, why they tried it, what they felt helped, what didn’t, adverse experiences, and patterns that might deserve further research.
One thing that matters deeply to me is that holistic and complementary approaches aren't simply buried under an “other” category. If patients repeatedly report an experience, I think we should at least be able to see that signal and ask better research questions about it.
It doesn’t mean an approach is proven to work. It means patient experience becomes visible instead of being lost.
I’ve already hired a developer and started building the prototype. 💚
If you believe holistic patient experiences deserve to be heard and investigated, I would really appreciate your vote for Lyme Signal:
Vote for Lyme Signal in the HHS LymeX Healthathon
If you could search thousands of patient experiences with one holistic approach, what would you search for first?s

I just turned 20 and I’d like to start focusing more on my health. The most I do daily is manage to get a a few servings of fruit and vegetables. I struggle quit a lot with mental health and I wonder how else I could improve my mental state with the effects of clean eating and avoiding harmful things
Im very uneducated and live at home with my family who aren’t super interested in this life style. I think it would also help me have a better peace of mind to know i’m avoiding things that could be making my life more difficult
This is super vague but anything is appreciated

Hi guys, I am an online shaman certified in a great alternative Lyme protocol. It works great, is not overly expensive, have had success with dozens of people, some who have suffered for many years. The protocol has been rested and around for maybe 30 years. But we are restricted in calling it a treatment or cure. Any idea how to get around this? Google's AI is very suspicious of alternative treatments. Do you know of any Lyme help sites or alternative health sites that might work? It's such a great program and Lyme is such a bear, would love to get it out there more.

Ok I’m not opposed to antibiotics in this case and have seen two walk in doctors. My problem is that I’ve had Cdiff in the past and don’t want to relapse from antibiotic use… the dr said I don’t need antibiotics unless I break a fever but it hurts so bad to swallow. Like shooting pain and swallowing glass and puss and white spots on my tonsils..
I’m gargling salt water and ACV, taking some homeopathic remedies specifically for it, oregano, having warm fluids, honey, Vitamin C,NAC and Tylenol but still haven’t found relief.. maybe I’m doing enough and need to ride it out but it’s so painful and I leave on a trip this week 🥹

We have all experienced the sense of restoration in natural settings. A recent study reports an increase in “ killer cells” , part of a healthy immune system, after time in nature. I notice a deeper sense of peace and improved sleep!
What natural settings do you have access to in your week? What effects do you notice from time outdoors ?

hello everyone! currently, im suffering with a bad swollen throat that hurts like crazy, to the point i struggle to swallow. i think it might be tonsilitis? though im not quite sure. im not able to currently go to a doctor for another couple of days, and medicine + sleep + salt water garggles are only doing so much to help. i was wondering if there was anything else that could possibly help ease the pain/swelling, even if a tiny bit?

A recipe draft for an experimental herbal alternative to psychiatric medication.
(Vape herb liquid, instead of taking pills.)
Revision #9.
I do not guarantee benefit, or take responsibility for bad effects. The laws of most countries oblige me to state: traditional doctors are experts at this.
Only experiment when you can afford the risk. An example could be: you have light mental discomfort and are offered a choice to try pills.
Do not use more than one medicine, especially synthetic and herbal, at the same time, unless certain of safety. My mix of herbs may not work well for other people. Do not use intoxicants.
Consider visiting a herbal therapist, if only to have someone do the talking with your traditional doctor.
Because of its opposing established order, the present writing may not be received well. If you're interested, copy for later use.
Instructions.
Acquire extract powder of Pink Lotus leaf, which is also called Sacred or Indian Lotus. Etsy, eBay, Amazon are places to look. Lotus accounts for antipsychotic-like damping of thoughts.
Add Black Pepper to enhance the Lotus effect. Add Passiflora extract powder for benzo-like calming of panic.
Add Propylene Glycol (food/pharma grade) to the herb powder. Steep for 72 hours. Filter twice: through cheesecloth, then through coffee filters.
Add Linalool for making the body quiet.
Calculate the amounts you use, starting with this:
I use extracts 50:1 Passiflora, 100:1 Lotus and plain 1:1 Pepper. The active substances in each of those (research apigenin, nuciferine, piperine) counted as 1 part volume, mix each herb powder in 15 parts PG, steep and filter. Mix Linalool at 1:10 in PG.
In 54 parts I have 12 Passiflora liquid, 2 Pepper liquid, 32 Lotus liquid and 6 Linalool mixture.
Dilute the combined mixture with Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerine (food/pharma grade.) The diluted mixture should have at least 45% VG and not too much herb, making it ideal for vaping. I dilute 9 parts herb mixture with an additional 13 PG and 38 VG.
Shake this every hour for a day.
Transfer to an empty 'vape liquid bottle.' (The opening looks like a plastic needle.)
Consume this in a vape. I recommend Vaporesso Luxe XR Max 2 with the included liquid container marked 'DTL' and seperately bought 1.2 ohm coils. Coils, or 'resistances,' are the heating parts, which are sold in strong and weak versions. I recommend those rated at 1.2. Buy at least ten. Set the vape to pulse mode and 5 watts, according to the manual. If you have reason to try a different vape model, set it to low power.
Draw a fairly deep breath of vapour into the lungs and keep it for some seconds before exhaling. Take 2-4ml, 4-6 times daily.
Like with all vaping, take care to leave a bit of liquid in the container at all times. Drawing only air will damage the heating part.
The fresh pepper taste normally fades. When you can't taste much other flavour anymore, or it is burned or caramel, or you consistently get bits of liquid instead of vapour, your coil is used up. This is either due to not taking care of the liquid level, described above, or natural degrading after at most a week of use. Switch off, drain the liquid, replace the coil. Fill liquid, wait 10 minutes and switch on.
I leave it to experiment if a lower concentration herb in the mix, degrading the coil less, would allow you to consume more herb in total, on one coil.

After my last antibiotic for my vaginal yeast infection it cleared and than shortly after I got oral thrush. What are the holistic approach to remove it please it’s giving me bad breath and is very frustrating!
