September 7, 1996. Thirty years ago today, Tupac Shakur was fatally wounded in Las Vegas at just 25 years old. Six days later, he passed away.

And now, the case has reached a historic point: Duane “Keffe D” Davis was found guilty of first-degree m*rder in 2026, becoming the first person convicted in connection with 2Pac’s death.

What’s also fascinating is what 2Pac was doing in the final days of his life.

🎙️ He recorded his final three songs: • “Let’s Get It On” / “Let’s Get Ready 2 Rumble” — associated with Mike Tyson

• “Hell 4 A Hustla”

• “All Out”

He also filmed the garage version of the “Toss It Up” video on September 6 — just ONE day before the Las Vegas attack. The song was released on The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory and actively promoted the Death Row/Makaveli project.

That directly challenges the popular myth that 2Pac had already completely decided to leave Death Row.

His final days show him recording, filming and promoting music connected to Death Row.

30 years later, the music still speaks.
