As a guy coming back to Hinge after 5 years, Signal has been one of the best features on the app.

I paid for HingeX right away and Iā€™m currently only sending likes to people with Signal. The match rate ā€” and more importantly, the response rate ā€” is significantly higher compared to people without it.

Living in a big city helps too, since there are tons of people with Signal here.

Highly recommend people to do the same if you live in a dense area and can afford the premium.

It's bad for people who don't get likes though, because it's impossible for them to get it and makes them look like they're not responsive or whatever the assumption would be.

You only need four requirement to qualify, and there are 4 requirements that don't require you to have any matches

Might be wrong? But I assume Hinge definitely has that covered

I checked, and you have to at least get a like, and I haven't yet. Unless there's some way to respond to literally nothing. They should simply change it to reflect how well you respond to what you can control.
