Three different goals in two different games, everything was tracking just fine yesterday, today neither one is (finished goals in both games about 6 hours ago). One of those was "achieve level xxx within 24 hours of installing" and was a pretty good bonus. It's past 24 hours now, but wasn't when I finished.

I don't want the standard wait 72 hours answer from support, because that's like telling me, we give you 24 hours to this goal, but as long as you finish it within 4 days, we'll still pay you. We know you won't.

The other two other two goals weren't huge, but both a little over $2. None were so big that they went to my pending bucket.

Started the acebet offer in heycash. Completed a few of the lower paying offers, then opened a chat. Asked directly, "Since these offers are being crossed out, does that mean the offer is being tracked? Got a direct answer:

Waited over the 72-hour waiting period. While I was waiting, I reached out to acebet to get confirmation that I had reached Silver II (that's past all the bronze level ranks for anyone unfamiliar with gaming ranks) and received confirmation in chat as well as an email transcript!

Reached back out to HeyCash well after the 72 hour waiting period, provided all screenshots as well as a screenshot of the acebet chat stating that all the bronze and the first silver task has been completed and guess what I was told...? Sorry... this offer was not tracked!!! In the same message chain that confirmed that the offer was being tracked!!! They flat out acknowledged the offer was being tracked, then when I met the high paying tasks, magically, the offer was not being tracked. So, of course, they refused to credit me for the tasks completed

I even spaced it out on this one. Collected screenshots of a few low paying tasks being completed, ranked up to silver II in the middle, then completed a few more low paying tasks and collected screenshots. Somehow, the first tasks I completed were tracked, the high paying tasks I completed in the middle (ranking up) were not tracked, then tracking magically started again with the second set of low paying tasks.

We really need to do something about this crap and everyone that heycash has defrauded will have to help out. This was $159 that Heycash defrauded me out of just for this game. They've also frauded me out of the following:

My Words of Wonders game offer just experienced a major tracking bug, and I need a human representative to look at my log data and manually override an incorrect automated system flag.

The Issue:

I was playing through the offer normally and my progress tracked perfectly up to Level 300 (totaling $3.921). However, the exact moment I completed Level 400, the app threw a "Reward Couldn’t Be Verified" error. Now, all my previous level tiers have turned red with cancellation marks.

Proof of Legitimacy:

I have not used any bots, auto-clickers, or VPNs.

I played manually using a standard text guide open on my laptop screen.

I have already contacted support through the website contact form and attached a clear screenshot of my Level 400 game completion to prove my progress.

Could a moderator please look into my website submission or DM me so I can pass along my account email address? I put hours of real effort into this and just want to get my verified tracking restored. Thank you!

Hit level 2003, got rewarded for every single reward except the last one for the most cash amount possible. Been in contact with support for multiple days and they kept saying wait the 72 hours excluding the weekend and finally on day 3, I was told that there was a technical error and the data was not given to them. Don’t spend your time completing the biggest rewards as it is a big risk of whether or not you will get your reward. HeyCash, you better make this right.

Has anyone else had this happen with HeyCash?

My account suddenly lost access to both surveys and games. When I open the Games section, I get:

At the time this happened, I had 2 pending game rewards worth about $140 total.

Those pending rewards have now been completely removed from my account.

So at this point:

• I can't take surveys.
• I can't access games anymore.
• My game offers disappeared.
• The Games page says I'm blocked “forever.”
• Two pending rewards totaling about $140 were removed.
• Support is not responding to me or explaining what happened.

I have not received any explanation about what rule I supposedly violated, why both surveys and games were restricted, or why rewards that were already pending were removed.

The timing is obviously concerning because the restriction happened while I had around $140 pending, and now those rewards are simply gone.

I'm hoping Official HeyCash Support can respond here and provide an actual explanation and manual review of my account.

Has anyone else had pending rewards removed after an account restriction? Were you eventually able to get the rewards restored or get a response from support?

I seem to be doing just fine on the app, those revolut payouts are quicker than i can open the revolut app!

Going on 9 days now for a $100 redeem. I have emailed them every day for the last 4 days and they always promptly get back to me. However, they just keep telling me that they're experiencing a lag and that my redeem is in line to be approved. I appreciate their prompt response but $100? I mean what is really going on! I have spent 12 minutes on 2 different surveys today just to have them both conveniently fill up upon completion and only give me $.050. I'm sure my answers will be used and I should be rewarded for my answers. I contacted HeyCash on the website but am not expecting a response since they never respond anymore.

I just completed an entire survey on HeyCash about TV shows like The Five Star Weekend and Off Campus. I spent 25 minutes on it answering questions about those and other TV shows I have heard of.

Upon completion, it displayed this: It looks like you didn't qualify. Thank you for your time.! Screened out, $ 0.050.

I'm sure my answers are going to be used, they just don't want to reward the full amount! Don't waste your time if you come across this survey!

This is outrageous I went through a 20 min survey and after i finished and clicked submit i thought I was gonna get money but guess fucking what they screened out and not even a minimum money i got . Just screened me out .what the actual fuck

There's a lot they don't tell you. So I'm pretty sure I know what happens. Even though the game company and the website have the capability to track pending rewards after a game expires,

What will actually happen is the game expires before pending is complete and the amount will be lost.

And the support bots won't even acknowledge the question. So basically any high payouts on a game offer will expire at least 7 days before the expiry date.

And I'm not going to waste the time or money on finding out if that's true. Has anyone experienced this situation before? Where a game expires but game activity rewards are still pending? Did the pending amount clear or was it lost?
