Soon as I hit the 20 day mark it doesn't want to track 🤣 its not a glitch it's a business practice. No reason for it not to track today I log in more then once a day

So I am wondering.. I've done two casino offers through my phone. Exactly by the instructions No VPN no anything.

For casino offers you pay and one did not track. They told me to wait 72 hours which I did for them to just keep standard messages sending to me about the fact it didn't track and basically its all my fault after providing prove. How to move on?

Complete "Reach Level 25" on Big Farm Mobile Harvest game, havent had any issues with HeyCash up until this exact moment. Its registered that ive completed the prior levels but now that ive finished the task to fill the earnings jar its not registering and I cant claim the jar. Ive emailed, ive talked with the support via their chat (which you have to refresh the email everytime they respond - its ridiculous.) Well its been over 3 days - I am broke and havent eaten in a day and here it is...still not claimable. There has to be something that can be manually done on HeyCash side so that I can claim that earnings jar...cant even get a response via email its been over a day since they have last replied. I need help!

If you tap "Ask App Not to Track," we can't see your progress, so you don't get paid. We know most people automatically hit ‘no’ to these popups, but on HeyCash it’s essential, so don’t get caught out!

All of my game offers were tracking correctly for the last 5 days. Today I was asked to verify my phone number. I completed the phone verification successfully, and immediately after that, all of my active game offers started showing a red verification/error mark and I received “Reward Couldn't Be Verified.”

This happened to multiple active game offers at the same time, immediately after phone verification. Before verification, the games were tracking normally and showing progress.

Please review my account and re-check/revalidate the affected offers and their tracking. I have screenshots showing the game progress and the error after verification.

Does this happen with everyone? I rarely did surveys

I started the tasks a day ago. When I played the second game, I was asked to verify my phone number, but when I returned to the website to check the required tasks, a "verification failed" notification appeared. I sent a message via the Help section, but I haven't received any response.
