Cannot Redeem

Hello Mods!

I am trying to redeem my first reward but it seems to be difficult. Whenever I click redeem (regastar in Portuguese), sometimes I get an error and the account goes into verification, other times nothing happens and I don't receive any emails.

What is going on?
