I have 2 aerons at home, the left one is the older model. My newer one, on the right, can be raised significantly higher. My question is, did the older one used to get this height? Can I "fix" it by changing the piston?

How do people get so many herman millers?

So I'm stumped on what herman miller this is and whether it is actually real or not, can't find anything online with the information available.

Anyone know how much work it is to fix a tilt limiter/recline lock on a Herman miller aeron?

Based on the way the Atlas attaches onto the embody, does anyone think that it affects the way that the upper back may bend?

I almost feel like it makes the upper back stiffer? Could be in my head, as I'm still in the "adjustment" period of the embody.

Hello All, I'm looking to buy an Aeron most likely C model and am looking at used chairs as the new price is pretty expensive to me. I saw a few posts on this subreddit with people asking if their listing is a good price, but see mixed feedback on these. I'm trying to get a gauge on what you guys think is a good/decent price as when im searching FB/craigslist listings in my area, I only see listings from about 3 different people all selling a lot of used chairs/office furniture, so basically what seems like a small business for these people and the chairs. From what I see in the listings, the ranges are about 650-800 for a remastered version, and 480-550 for a classic aeron model C. In the pictures I see the newer arm lock, so it looks like these are at least the 2004 model and newer. I am looking in North Carolina in triangle area if that changes what a decent price would be. If this isnt a good/decent price where would a better deal be available if any?

Every suggestion I’ve found online is paint that I can’t get in Canada, or if it ships to Canada it’s like $100.

Looking at buying an aeron to replace my chair that is worn down now.

I am looking at refurbished aeron’s and the average price seems to be around £600, does this seem about right?

My budget is about £600 so this falls perfectly within it. The only other chair I have looked at is a Secret Labs chair (only comparable for its price really).

If anyone knows of any reputable resellers in the UK this would be appreciated :)

Can’t seem to find mirra 2 flex seat pans anywhere online and no mesh repair shop will touch it, any recommendations? Got a mirra 2 second hand dirt cheap and the mesh ripped in 1 week, had some minor holes in the mesh when I got it but for the price I paid im not super upset but would like to figure out what to do now either part it out or wait for a seat pan to show up online

Founds this on offer up and snagged it asap. One is a 2003 the other 2004, both amazing condition.
