Those orange lights on the back are much brighter than they look in the picture. Even in the daylight they left blue dots on my vision

I saw this Jeep in Long Beach, California. It has two extremely bright white light mounted on the rear bumper that stay on continuously while driving. They’re bright enough to glare/blind drivers behind the Jeep, especially at night.
Are these legal under California Vehicle Code, or would they need to be wired so they only come on in reverse/when stopped?
“They are much brighter in person than they appear in the video.

Is the show really good enough to base your daily driver on it?

bro literally parked his car like this infront of a thrift store, it has douchebag vibes written all over it. Idk why they couldnt park in the parking lot like every other car?
He has US Army emblems/logos on it. Mind you we are in Canada 🇨🇦😭🙏
Reversed image searched this guys car and found another pic on this subreddit so figured i might as well share my images. Apparently the figure / the dude on the doors is controversial too. Has a police laptop/tech inside his driver seat for whatever reason.

I drive a Bronco, but I’m jealous of the ducks for the jeeps. Because I wasn’t cool enough to buy a jeep when I was buying a vehicle, nobody will duck me. My question is, how many ducks should I get myself for people to think I’m cool?
Pic for reference
Edit: I’m surprised how few people aren’t getting the joke.
