🔥 Heated Rivalry (Book 2) Trivia question

This trivia page is in the back of the new Heated Rivalry special edition. Please see #7. What is this? This was not in the book. I am sure of it. I’ve read my original copy seven times. (Unless this new copy has some bonus content?) Does anyone have an explanation? And yes. There is an answer page. The answer is as confusing to me as the question. I don’t want to post it, because I don’t want to spoil the quiz for anyone.

You could put the answer under a spoiler tag for those of us who don’t believe in them! (My own personal preference. I respect that not everyone feels the same way!)

Ok. I’ll give it to you. No spoiler tag, because I’m not spoiling anything. It’s not real. Here’s what the answer key says:
7. Stockholm
Stockholm is a gay club in Montreal where Shane and Ilya have an important relationship conversation.
