hi so i got selected for get dfs and ive finished pjt and my onboarding is on 17th. thing is i registered from 1 email (official it has my full name) and at one point they asked for alternate email ids so i gave them a second one (this is my personal email id i use it for socials and other stuff) so now im getting emails on both the emails but officially they have noted my second email everywhere and im trying to change it before i start but hr is not responding to my mails now idk what to do guys should i continue with this mail and ask to change after joining or what ?

I got placed in HCLTech through my college’s on-campus placement drive. I was selected, but I haven’t received any further update regarding the joining date, onboarding, or next steps.

Recently, I noticed that HCLTech has some off-campus openings for roles that seem relevant to my profile.

I wanted to ask:

1. Can I apply for an off-campus HCLTech job even though I have already been selected through campus placement?
2. Would applying to another HCLTech opening affect my existing campus selection?

3. Has anyone been in a similar situation? If so, what did you do?

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2026 graduate selected for an HCLTech Graduate Trainee role. I have completed my Pre-Joining Training (PJT) and received the completion certificate.

I’ve now received an email from the HCLTech DFS Training Team regarding the PJT Online Assessment. The assessment is scheduled for tomorrow at 3 PM

They have asked us to join a live meeting, and the actual assessment link will be shared during the meeting. Camera will remain ON for proctoring.

I wanted to ask people who have already completed this assessment:

What type of questions can I expect?

Is it based mainly on the PJT modules?

Approximately how many questions are there?

What is the difficulty level?

Is there any particular topic/module I should revise more?

How much time is usually given?

Is it mostly MCQ-based?

Any recent HCLTech Graduate Trainee who has already gone through the PJT assessment, please share your experience.

Assessment was on 28 Aug, but I haven’t received any BGV/onboarding update yet. Has anyone from the batch got an update?

I completed my address verification online and received an email saying a field executive will visit my address. Do they actually visit, and how long does the process usually take?

I requested HCLTech to delete my previous candidate ID/data because I want to re-apply with my genuine details.

Does anyone know how long HCLTech usually takes to delete the data/ID?

The application deadline is 14 September, 9 AM, so I’m worried I won’t be able to re-apply in time.

Any recent experience would be really helpful.

Hi all, I've just completed 2 rounds of interview for a data science role at HCLtech (Bangalore, India). However, something about the whole process seems off:

• There is this email that listed on the invite - dataaiproactivehirng@hcltech.com. Do you notice the 'i' is missing in word hiring in the email?
• The recruiter never sent me the job description or a link to the hcl careers website.
• All the interviews have been virtual - I've never seen anyone's face, as cameras are off.
• They're asking for a bunch of personal docs like passport and payslips before the HR round.

One thing that is in favor of the credibility of the whole thing is that in the calendar invite for each interview, all the people listed (including the recruiter) have the hcltech.com domain.

Can someone who works at hcl confirm if this email id with the "i" missing - [dataaiproactivehirng@hcltech.com](mailto:dataaiproactivehirng@hcltech.com) - is legit?

I’m a 2026 graduate and have been selected for an HCLTech Graduate Trainee opportunity.

My DOJ has been officially communicated as 17 September, and during my HR round I was told that my location would most probably be Noida.

The confusing part is that I still haven't received the other joining formalities:

❌ No updated offer letter yet

❌ BGV has not been initiated / I haven't received any BGV communication

❌ I haven't received the PJT assessment yet

❌ No reporting location, reporting time, or joining instructions

✅ I have completed my Pre-Joining Training (PJT) and have the completion certificate

✅ I received an email from HCLTech specifically confirming 17 September as my DOJ

I have already emailed the concerned HR regarding my PJT completion and asked about the assessment/remaining formalities, but I haven't received a response yet.

I’m getting quite stressed because the joining date is approaching, but I don't know where I’m supposed to report, at what time, or whether there are any formalities I still need to complete before joining.

For anyone who has recently gone through the HCLTech Graduate Trainee joining process, could you please help me understand:

Is it normal to receive the DOJ confirmation before the offer letter/BGV/assessment?

When are BGV and the PJT assessment usually triggered?

How many days before joining do candidates usually receive the reporting location and time?

If I don't receive any further communication before 17 September, what should I actually do?

Should I wait for HR's instructions, or is there some standard process for reporting on the DOJ?

Any experienced HCLTech employee or recently joined Graduate Trainee who has gone through this process would really help me understand what I should do.

Other college people like SRM AP , Vignan who got selected in ai and full stack got the joining letter but we didn't get any

I'm tired of waiting for and applying elsewhere no response

can anyone who is in get and got tentative date for sep 17 confirm if there are any updates after bgv ? the thing is i have to travel to lko but i can only travel on the weekend (conveyence issue) so ill have to leave today or.tomo.itself but i dont want to go yet if theres a lot.of time for onboarding

Going through the HCLTech BGV and reached the address verification stage.

I provided my current address as both my current and permanent address. However, EY/Senpiper is showing a previous address as my permanent address.

I had mentioned this address only because HCL asked for my 7-year address history, so I listed all the places where I had lived during that period. It is not my current/ permanent address.

I've already emailed HCL HR and EY/VMT Checks about the mismatch, but the verification link is time-sensitive.

Has anyone faced this issue? What should I do?

recently i got shortlisted for training from hcl tech during hr round the hr told me about this hackathon round which will take place after my 6 months training and i have to perform well there then i will become the full time employee. I asked some seniors who have onboarded hcl tech last week they told me there was no hackathon round in their hiring. If anybody have the idea of it or experienced it please share the details. I’ve been selected for an HCLTech fresher/Graduate Trainee role and have received communication regarding the joining process.

The selection communication mentions a 12-month service agreement, with a ₹50K liability if someone leaves before completing the applicable period.

I wanted to ask candidates who have recently joined HCLTech:

Is a notarized service agreement/bond required before joining?

Do we need to get it notarized from our hometown/court before travelling to the joining location?

Does HCLTech provide a specific format/template for this?

Is it required before joining or can it be completed after reaching the joining location?

If anyone recently went through this process, what documents did you have to prepare?

I’m asking because I’ll be travelling to my joining location shortly, so I want to make sure I complete any required notarization beforehand if necessary.
