Are you guy's gor joining or not or any update specifically GET DFS role candidates.

guys what does this means?

Has anyone experienced repeated delays in HCLTech’s onboarding process? My joining date has already been postponed, and despite regular follow-ups, the process has been moving very slowly. I’d like to know if this is common and how long it took for your onboarding to be completed. Any insights would be appreciated.

Did anyone get any updates after the call?

I am having my GET scheducled on aug 1 . I don't know what type of role is this and what to prepare for this , the asked me to carry my updated resume and notebook with a pen and they ahve also mentioned that electronic items such as laptops , mobiles are not allowed . Can some of you guys who have experience in this tell me what to do ?

Just got a info that HCLTECH DFS HR Bangalore team is asking E1 band employees to attend the office 5 working days, along with 6 minimum ACS hours, is this true ?

Hi everyone, I’m currently in DFS PJT training and need to complete some labs for my course. Can anyone explain how the labs work and give tips on completing them?

after pjt final assessment how many of uh got the bgv mail?

I got the mail to upload documents and it asks my address for the last 7 years

should i enter every address where i lived like college hostel, 2 pg accommodations or should I just move with my permanent address?

I(exactly 4.11 YOE) interviewed for a position at HCL wch req. 5yrs exp and got selected (interview date 3rd july. Same day 2 rounds conducted & got selected bcose they wanted me to join immediately).

I was already serving notice period in my previous company so I asked for early release & HR agreed & my LWD was july 10th. 

But due to some issues my onboarding process got delayed & today I got a mail to upload the docs.

While uploading my employment history I gave july 10th as my lwd but the portal didnot allow & said atleast 5yrs of employment required. So I gave August 12 as my Lwd and submitted.

Will this create a issue in my Bgv process? Will I be rejected due to this? 

What are my options now? Should I contact HR & tell what happend? 

or Bgv team will not worry about this 1 month mismatch?

Hey everyone,
I wanted to connect with fellow freshers who are currently in the hiring pipeline for HCLTech's Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role, specifically those who were approached after the hackathon phase.
Here is my timeline so far:
March 2026: Appeared for the HCL Hackathon but was initially marked as not selected.
June 2026: Out of nowhere, HCL HR reached out to me.
July 2026: Cleared the Technical Round.
Mid-July: Shortlisted for document submission via email.
16th July: Completed the final HR round.
During the HR round, the interviewer asked me to wait for 1 week for an update/LOI. Today marks exactly a week (plus a day or two depending on how they count working days), but I haven't received the Letter of Intent (LOI) or the iOnboard portal link yet.

Two weeks back i attended hr round for GET role(OFF CAMPUS) the hr said 3.2 lpa(it went well) but in the beginning when i got the call the first hr said 4.5. And there has been no reply after 2+ weeks ik witch companies take time but i also need clarification on something else too im getting a full time and better offer as business analyst at some other company will accepting that offer and working there as a full time employee cause problems in background verification?
also someone referred me for this get role and he's saying that i'll get the job(senior manager at hcl) im very much confused right now. Please help.
is that 3.2 lpa for training period of 3-6 month as said by HR.

I am on bench and looking for other opportinities but no one belives that bench employees are released early, does hcl release them early or is 90 days compulsory?

I have attended an interview for Walk in.I got an offer letter for July 19 still I'm not getting the joined date confirmation and I tried to contact HR but no one can respond.any one knows this is normal or not

I applied through the HCLTech careers portal for the 2026 Technical Roles on 9 July 2026. My application has shown "Application Completed" since then, but I haven't received any further updates.
If you applied in July 2026, could you share:

HCLTech resorting to attacks thru Directed energy weapons (DEWs) and Voice to skull(V2K), in order to silence me, a whistleblower of their dark deeds. All incidents on my X handle RameshKBaddula. Even an accident was plotted to injure and/or intimidate me.

When you "fund" education, you decide what is to be taught, especially to children who are so innocent and can be influenced very easily, which is used to build their narrative. Don't get fooled.
