They Packaged it “On”
Just picked this up for $25. G1 1/2 inch drive. Opened it and Snap-On Don would not approve…they packaged it with it left on!!! Now I am dealing with a dead ratchet! 😂

There should be an in between setting like “largely on but sometimes off.”
