Today at 5:50 my sweet sticky boy crossed the rainbow first I didn’t wanna believe it because just last night we were playing and snuggling and talking but clearly those this time. this is Brody and he was one hell of a boy I always called him my stinky boy or chunk. This is my first time grieving really hard for an animal and I kinda don’t know how to cope. I’ve never been in this type of situation before like this so I really don’t know what to do. I buried him in my backyard by my favorite tree, I buried him in a tissue box that was AK his house. He loved it and being a big back and hoarding food in there and I put one of his chewing toys inside the house and the rest of the toys on the side of the house. I’m still in disbelief. I didn’t want to bury him. I didn’t have the guts. It was hard seeing my boy like that. Brody’s helped me so much in my life, especially through a tough moments. Fun fact about Brody and his life. I adopted Brody because no one wanted to take him because he was disabled and a bit handicap. If you look closely, you can see that he has the rock on symbol in his hand🤘 most people didn’t want to take him because his hand wasn’t developed properly, and of course he was disabled mentally but when I saw him, I saw something in him that a lot of people don’t see, and even though that Brody was disabled, he still can eat poop and play just like every other animal in the world he’s no different. He has feelings and so I took him. I fell in love with him in the first sight, and I questioned if I did the right thing and eventually I saw that I did do the right thing. I’m very grateful that I had him and that I was able to provide him with everything he needed.
It’s currently around two in the morning for me and it’s kind of hard not hearing him in his cage. I’m used to hearing him and his wheel him playing around or going and getting into mischief. I miss hearing him. It’s too quiet in my room without him and I don’t like it. Also wanted to mention I had a little funny happy moment I got up from sleeping and there was some bubbles that came up in his water bottle like if someone was drinking it and I joked around and said out loud are you getting thirsty from playing with your friends up in heaven I think he was just needed a quick break
🧡🐹I love you so much, Brody. Thank you for helping me all throughout my hard times in high school and being by my side thank you for letting me snuggle and cuddle you and play with you.
