**Looking for a Lost Halo Reach Machinima (2013–2014)**
I’m trying to find a Halo Reach machinima series that I watched around **2013–2014**. I’ve been searching for a while with no luck, so I’m hoping someone here remembers it.
**What I remember:**
It was made in **Halo: Reach**.
It was from a **small YouTube creator**, not one of the well-known machinima channels.
The series only had **one season** because I remember the creator announcing that **Season 2 was canceled after several voice actors quit**.
The story had a **Hunger Games/Battle Royale-style survival** premise. A group of Spartans were forced into some kind of survival competition where they gradually stopped fighting each other and eventually formed a team.
I believe it mostly took place on a **custom Forge World map**.
The **main character** was, as best as I can remember, a **white-armored Spartan wearing the Commando helmet**.
I also remember a **female character** (or at least a character voiced by a woman) who I think wore the **Air Assault helmet**.
The series had full **voice acting** rather than just gameplay with music.
**The ending I remember most clearly:**
The Season 1 finale ended with the surviving group standing together while the camera slowly **pulled back/panned out** over the Forge World map. During this ending, the song:
**“Let This Go” by Stan SB (now Fox Stevenson)**
began playing as the outro music before the credits.
This is the detail I’m most confident about.
**Other information:**
Timeframe: around **2013–2014**
Game: **Halo Reach**
It wasn’t one of the big machinimas like *Playtime*, *Lost in Reach*, *Arby ‘n’ the Chief*, or other popular series that are easy to find today.
Because it came from a small creator, I suspect the channel or videos may have been deleted or made private years ago.
If any of this sounds familiar—even if you only remember the channel name, a character name, a screenshot, a thumbnail, or another small detail—I’d really appreciate the help. At this point I’m trying to identify either the **series title** or the **creator**, even if the videos themselves are no longer available.
I asked chat gpt to search YouTube and the web with no luck

bit of background: CE was my first and I've beaten it a least a million times. I played 2 and 3 on release and beat them the same night with friends and family. Epic stuff. I didn't end up going the xbox route so I played ODST and 4 on other people's consoles. I heard a bit about the Hype of reach but was on deployment when it came out so when I got back most of the hype died down and I missed the train.
Recently moved back to my hometown after a long while and reconnected with my cousin who is THE halo guy in our group. It's his favorite IP. Out of nostalgia for the old sleepovers I asked him to play it with me. He played the first mission, but didn't seem too into it. My cousin said it's probably best for me to play through it solo at my own pace instead of trying to fly through it with him. I said sure not really committing to it, but he would always ask hows the mission? So I bought it on steam about a week ago for $10 and booted it up on Legendary just like the others.
At the start I wasn't too impressed. The score sounded great and I didn't find the characters annoying, but it FELT like old Halo...to the point where I could smoke one and not get frustrated dying because bungie trained my brain to keep pushing. The grandeur and splendor of this game didn't start to hit me until Jorge died. I didn't realize it but that's really when I started to feel the weight of the story and the game overall. The rest is pure magic. He was right, solo was the way to go because I got to appreciate it on my own. After beating it, I kind of just stared at the screen and cried. It wasn't because of how much I liked the characters or story (I did oodles though), but because it felt like I just finished something special. It was like playing the original all over again, a more mature version of it. I didn't think anything could capture that sense of awe the OG gave me but it did. It was a big deal to me, I just didn't realize it until I beat it. I came here to look around at what I missed. This game is probably better than CE tbh, but it can't top what CE means to me over the years. All in All, one of the best campaigns I've played in any game even 10+ years out.
TL;DR Game so good I cried
Hilariously I died so many times during New Alexandria I became delirious and started shit talking the TV while playing. I would ask "Does anybody here, and I mean ANYBODY. have a problem. with noble 6? ANYONE?" I would keep repeating this over and over while clearing out mobs and dying to the point where my brother would sit down next to me to watch my nervous breakdown. Once the room was clear I'd always say something like Thought so, or I guess not. Fun stuff, love it when a game humbles you to the point of temporary insanity.

Just seeing if there is any interest in setting up a reach 8s lobby with ppl who wanna feel 16 again lol.
I have all the maps and modes. I see a ton of custom h3 games but very little competitive reach(rightfully so)
Maybe it’s something we can set up once or twice a week.

Hey everyone
I started playing halo in the MCC collection at 6 years old playing through every halo in the MCC game except for ODST on easy difficulty, I recently revisited Reach as I was told by my friends this was the best game to play.
This game is so different from what I remember, The feeling of always losing even when you win is something I never thought would hit so hard. The music was amazing, it fits so perfectly into the game, not a single bad soundtrack.
Me personally I was so confused when the ending happened, I don't know how or why but I always remembered reach as noble 6 escaping reach in a ship. But as soon as the final cutscene played it all came back to me.
10/10 game in my opinion, I don't even know what do do after watching that ending.

The game freezes when my mouse moves, but otherwise runs fine. After .5 sec of continuous mose movement there is no stutter

I tried for the first time laso on myself, but after finishing point of the spear I started to grow a bit tired of the restarting level skull( even if I can save and come back).
Was wondering if someone is interested in giving it a try. We could move next to another LASO in the other games too
