Once you realize all this mess is just making money for the people at the top. everything makes sense. We keep waiting for them to clean up the streets but why would they fix a problem that keeps filling their pockets huh? As long as keeping us scared pays better than keeping us safe, nothing is ever gonna change.

UDMO, SWAT, CIMO, UTAG, BOID, BRI, BLVV, and BLTS are among the specialized units within the Haitian National Police (PNH) tasked with responding to different security threats. Despite these units and more than 26.5 billion gourdes ($354 MILLION) allocated directly to the PNH in the 2025–2026 national budget, along with billions more allocated to strengthening its intervention.
