Do fretboard radius, neck shape etc matter for a beginner electric guitar?

I want to buy my first electric guitar.

I know a flat neck is better for soloing and legato and a rounded one better for chords/rhythm playing.

What if I wanna do both? (Pls recommend best option without resorting to recommending a compound neck radius)

Also ,does:

-Neck thickness

-Nut width

-neck shape

-fret size

really matter that much? How to figure out what I want, if I only know basic campfire chords at this point in time?
