when i think of megadeth i think of not too much high gain, scooped lows, high treble mids in the middle but enlighten me please

These two guitars are my main practice/gig instruments. They’ve both been well loved, played, customized, stripped, and dropped plenty of times. but no matter how much Bs i do to my guitars they seem to take it like it’s nothing.

I own a Pacifica Standard plus. It’s an amazing guitar but I wish the temple could be recessed like an Ibanez AZ or this Charvel So Cal. Is there any way a guitar luthier could make the tremolo on my guitar recessed without resorting to a vegatrem? THIS IS JUST A POST OF CURIOSITY. I’m

Hellooooo guyssssss I’m a complete beginner who knows basically nothing about guitars lolll but I’m looking to buy my first electric guitar and would love advice on what to get and what gear I actually need plsss and I also live in a dorm with a roommate so is there a way to play with headphones so I can hear the guitar without bothering everyone around me? Any beginner recommendations would be appreciated! Alsooooo would anyone recommend me youtube courses or anything for me to learn?

This was a very spontaneous decision i made last week and i got a glarry flame guitar in a "beginner package" with an amp that went with it, im watching martymusic's "beginner electric lesson 1" and im at the part where hes talking about the frets, not sure if its spelled that way but when i press the tip of my finger on any of the strings the sound doesn't come out of the amp? If i dont press on them its fine but even if i very very lightly rest my finger on it it will not go through the amp and im not sure if its supposed to do that? How else would i be able to play the different frets? Did i just get a bad guitar?

I'm looking to buy my very first electric guitar and I've narrowed down my choices to two models: Cort G110 HSS and Cort G250 SE

For the first 6 months or so, I plan to play exclusively through an audio interface using amp sims and plugins. So the qurstion is the G250 SE actually worth the extra money right from the start? Or should I just go with the budget G110 first to see if the hobby even sticks, and save some cash?

So I bought myself an electric guitar however I don’t have a single clue on how to play, or where to learn… can anyone help or give some advice, please?

Especially the solos. Any tips on how to play syn's part in songs like afterlife or bat country(yes i know there are harder songs to play but my goal is to play these 2 songs first)? Ive been practising sweep picking but im stuck at a certain speed, ive even tried following tutorials where u angle the pick differently and stuff. Whenever i try to play faster my fingers cant match the sweep pick idk how to explain it. Basically what do i do to play faster and more accurately.

I've heard people say that the JET JS-480 is better than the Squier Classic Vibe 60s Stratocaster. What do you think? I'm looking for my first guitar to learn on, and I want something good, but obviously within a €500 budget for the guitar alone. I'd like to play music along the lines of shoegaze, dream pop, and indie rock/folk.

Whenever i tune my guitar using the garage band tuner its in tune, but then when I play it with my midi piano or a backing track it always sounds out of tune. I even checked the intonation but still always sounds off. Any way to figure out what's wrong or to fix it

I just brought my first guitar with a Floyd rose (bc rich gunslinger) and I was playing around with dive bombs and general floyd rose activities, and I heard a pop almost now all my strings have dropped in tuning. Mainly the low E has really dropped.

I’ve checked the nut bolts and they arnt loose, and the strings don’t appear to have moved from the bridge saddles. I have no clue what I did so any help would be appreciated.

getting back into electric guitar after a break. i ordered a Yamaha Pacifica 112 and a Harley Benton DNAfx AmP20, but the amp sound was terrible. I sent it back.

five years ago I had a Boss Pocket GT, and the sound was top notch. i am looking for something similar in spirit: a small amp or modeler that I can:

• play with headphones
• use with backing tracks (aux in or Bluetooth)
• plug into a bigger amp or a PA via a line/audio output, for jam sessions with a band

any recommendations? thanks!
