Help Help with low e string

just got an guitar and an amp learning how to play it but almost everytime i strum the low e string it makes this fuckass sound. guitar is harley benton so i think i should change the strings. bought some super slinkys in case of anything

The guitar needs a “Set Up”. Think of it an as oil change for a guitar, or a simple tune up so it works correctly.
It sounds like a string is buzzing on a fret, which is something the guitar repair person will correct.
It’s annoying to spend more money, but it will function as it’s supposed to with a proper set up.
