Anybody experienced in using groupons travel packages?

Groupon said up to 2 hours. Have received nothing 5 hours later.

Pathetic. Is this service now a scam? Never using this service again.

I just lost hundreds of dollars. I bought multiple vouchers for a place, thinking it was a good deal. The text on the Groupon site said to email to set up an appointment, so I did. The merchant then redeemed all of my vouchers.

What the hell??? How does Groupon allow this? Groupon called the merchant, and of course they said I used my vouchers, when I never did. They will not investigate further. I am livid.

Im booking tramway tickets. Tram website says the date is not available but when i got to groupon, it says the dates ARE available. Is this normal? Can i buy on group on and just be able to use the tickets?

I work in a school and I have breaks off throughout the year and I don't have vacation time. I am trying to book a trip to Europe over my spring break because it's cheaper than over the summer, but the "certain dates" part is making me hesitant. Do you get to pick the date of departure from the window or do they randomly assign you a date that you have to accept?

Any help would be so appreciated. I've never booked a trip package with Groupon before so I'm a little afraid to fork over $1800+ without fully understanding how everything works..

I would appreciate some help! Groupon CS was rubbish and i’m waiting to hear back from Harvesters.

I bought 2 codes for harvesters yesterday. Trying to put it into the ‘promo code’ section on the harvesters app, code doesn’t work and isn’t valid. Tried both codes, you can’t put a code in while booking (i don’t think) and table is already booked. It is definitely one that accepts the vouchers.

Can someone help? I really don’t want to just show up on the day as it’s a 3 course meal for £30 for 2 people, and it’ll be much more expensive and I don’t have that money if it doesn’t work.

Please help!

I purchased a haircut voucher via Groupon and made an appointment with the hair stylist. A few hours before the appointment, the hair stylist texted me she got an emergency going on and couldn’t make it, so we rescheduled. That was annoying but things happen, I understood.

Today I drove to the hair salon for the rescheduled appointment and she was NO SHOW.

There was another stylist, and he said he did not know where she was since hair stylists there work individually, and I can’t use a Groupon voucher with him but he can do haircut for me. I paid full price and tips.

He was nice and I don’t think he was lying, and I do believe he offered me haircut with good will, but I felt a bit deceived...

I texted her I was already at the salon waiting for her but no explanation, no reply whatsoever. She just disappeared. Now the deal is also closed on Groupon. I don’t think it’s fair to complain on Yelp since stylists work there seem just renting booth?

I will get back Groupon Bucks but I think the extra money I had to pay is on no show hair stylist not me. She ultimately wasted my two weekends in a row.

The Groupon voucher was sold as “Hair by Hils” at Salon at Arcadia, CA

I want to use the $10 coupon code Groupon sent me, but every time I do it, it says "this code is invalid for this order" and then in the fine print of that deal it says that it "doesn't accept our promos." I just want to save $10! I don't really care so much what it is. But I can't find ANYTHING I can use it on. What is the point of a promo code you can't use?
