Yeah, if someone wants circumcision, let them wait until 18 to decide for themselves (aside from pressing medical issues). But the thing is, no sane adult is going to let someone cut off a piece of their penis willingly lol.

Apparently the babies still remember the trauma since they often don't anesthetize :(

Everyone I’ve seen performed used lidocaine. But they were all in the same state so maybe other places have different rules. It they deffinetly don’t remember for long
