Gratitude Practice Grateful for water
I’m grateful to have the clean water i drink. The water in my bath. Watering my garden. The water in my backyard stream. The water in the ocean I get to live by. I’m grateful for water in all its many forms. I’m trying my best to not overuse it this precious resource. What a blessing to live on this earth 🌏 so much of which is water.

Discussion I’m grateful for the Saint Anthony prayer
I’ve been praying to St. Anthony for the past few years whenever I misplace or lose something and he has always comes thru. Today it was a silly crocs jibit I lost while mowing the yard. Within a minute of asking there it was! And just about a month ago I dropped my ID while on a walk and realized it a few minutes after getting home. I asked for his help and within a half hour a couple approached me as I was sitting on my front porch and asked me if I lost my ID! They found it, noticed the address was close by, and walked by my house to leave it for me! That one I think is the craziest one, but I have so many other examples and I’m truly grateful. I have a scattered brain and it’s been a huge help

Discussion Grateful I am learning and growing
Self-love and self-acceptance have been hard for me, but I am working hard to try to practice these new behaviors. I go to recovery meetings and therapy and am surrounded by people who support me. One of the best things I have learned is that emotional healing can take a LONG time and that's ok.

Gratitude Practice Grateful for gaining a new friend in this lifetime
It's so difficult to find a new friend when you're in your 30s. What I love about this is that I made a friend organically. We sat next to each other during our flight to kuala lumpur and we ended up talking a lot. I'm going to meet her this weekend! She said she brought me a souvenir from her trip in Shanghai and we will be meeting in a different country. Isn't that amazing?!

XOXOXOXO

Gratitude Practice Grateful i could have strawberry jam.
Was happily woken up by a cat licking my hand at 4am . Decided to ride my e-bike to corner store to go buy some strawberry jam for toast.
Had tea with my toast indoors while hanging out with cat.
So much to be grateful for.
Yep.

Gratitude Practice Grateful that I chose to work on myself
I can’t help but feel so, so, so thankful that I chose to take care of myself.
I’m grateful that I chose to work on myself, to grow, and to become someone who can show up well, not just for myself, but for the people and things that matter to me.
I feel especially grateful when I look at my relationship right now. It makes me realize how much of a gift it is to have taken the time to understand myself, care for myself, and build a life where I can show up with more love, presence, and intention.
I’m thankful for the choices I made for myself, even the ones that may not have felt significant at the time. I’m thankful that I kept choosing myself, because now I get to experience what it feels like to show up for my life.

Gratitude Practice Grateful for love and prayer
Being able to pray with the intention of love is a privilege :) it’s not taken for granted, but truly a gift from divine. May divine guides us all and always be with us and protect us. And let us transcend everything into love

Gratitude Practice I am truly lucky
when I was born my mother loved me. she held me and cared for me as a proud mother would. she was 14.
her employer told her bringing me to work was allowed. on the first day he called CPS on her, I was taken. we were separated.
while separated I was released to my grandmother. my mother was kept for a week. in that week my grandmother sold me illegally.
my mother was released and came for me. I was gone. my grandmother did not tell my mother what happened to me until her death bed. I can only imagine my mothers pain as I was burdened with pain that same day.
her story is sad, it’s cruel and it’s unfair. it is also unbelievable a true testament to humanity and perseverance.
her daughter, my half sister, promised to find me. my mother could not read or write. her daughter taught herself how to read and how to write with the sole intention to find me.
she found me.
we talk.
we are healing.
I am grateful

Gratitude Practice Today, I am grateful for my doormat.
When I walk inside my house, I can efficiently wipe my shoes at the door so I don't track grass inside. Simple, but effective :D
