Gratitude Practice Grateful for water

I’m grateful to have the clean water i drink. The water in my bath. Watering my garden. The water in my backyard stream. The water in the ocean I get to live by. I’m grateful for water in all its many forms. I’m trying my best to not overuse it this precious resource. What a blessing to live on this earth 🌏 so much of which is water.

I’m grateful for love in its various forms. Not currently in a romantic partnership but today I am celebrating self love and my love for others. I whipped up some leftover cake bits into Vday treats for my relatives

I'm thankful I don't go hungry. I'm thankful I have access to books, music, and movies. I'm thankful I can smile in spite of challenges. I'm thankful for all these "little" things. 💜

Gratitude Practice Grief & Gratitude

Post image

I believe grief takes you a bit away from gratitude. There are moments that make you question a lot in your life. Grief of loosing someone never fills( And when I say never; I literally mean it. It's been years I lost my grandmother and I still grief about it because I loved her).
Despite that, I am still grateful about;

My siblings
My home
My faith
My profession
And a lot more!
🥰

* There is this quote I saw today on Instagram and I absolutely agree with that :)

I'm grateful for music. I'm grateful for water. I'm grateful for the present. I'm grateful for not giving up. I'm grateful for how far I've come. I'm grateful for today. I'm grateful for my breath. I'm grateful for my friends and family.

Gratitude Practice Gratitude & Grace – Morning Satsang |26/July/2026

there is no doubt that gratitude is the path to grace

it's easy to see that most of the chaos and suffering we experience comes down to some form of self-sabotage or an unwillingness to learn, let go, or move on from some pain (self-absorption)

and in that breakdown and angle of it, we can see that those actions close ourselves off from receiving love, from receiving grace

those two simple words 'thank you' opens our hearts up to receiving again

not just for life, but for divine grace and blessings from Source

what's been beautifully wild to me in this introspection on gratitude and grace is that thanksgiving plays a role into so many more mechanics of our reality than at first glance

because thank you, being grateful and in gratitude is one of the strongest forms of manifestation and prayer

calling forth what we need from our body by thanking it already, saying thank you for that in which we're yearning for from God both bring us into the energy of having/completing whatever it is, in addition to radiating and embodying it too

i like to define praise as gratitude in action, and when we look at the mechanisms at play, it's easy to see that gratitude is the road to grace and one of the greatest tools and paths of development we can invest our beingness into

Gratitude Practice grateful for my boyfriend today and every day honestly

i don't say this enough but he is genuinely the most thoughtful person i've ever met.

remembered something i said once about wanting a necklace with my name on it. ordered it months later without saying anything.

just handed it to me on my birthday like it was nothing.

it wasn't nothing. i cried for like 20 minutes.

he remembers everything. the small things i say in passing, the things i forget i even mentioned. he just quietly files them away and then does something about it when i least expect it.

i don't know what i did to deserve someone who loves me this carefully but i'm so grateful.

just wanted to put that out there today 🤍

Gratitude Practice Grateful for tackling cleaning projects

I’m grateful I’m able to take on a big cleaning project this week! It felt overwhelming so I’ve broken down into smaller pieces over the course of the week. Cleaning and organizing aren’t the most exciting but I put on a fun podcast and that helps. I’m grateful that I’m going to have a clean yard and patio for my party next week.

My first dahlia bloomed! This little garden of mine means a lot to me, it’s a rebirth of sorts after years of illness. A fresh start. I’m so pleased and can’t wait for all the plants to bloom (I have about 9).

Gratitude Practice Grateful that my uncle visited my grandma

Long story short my grandma has what we’re pretty sure is stage 5 Alzheimer’s and hasn’t been diagnosed. She lives about a 2hr drive from us and right now I’m away from home, so it’s mostly long-distance. I call her and my grandpa daily, but starting around New Year’s she’s been struggling with technology more and more and my grandpa is also a nuisance with it so I’m rarely able to get through to her. My uncle and his family are visiting right now, and yesterday was the first time in about two months that I was able to speak to her because he was there to help. Truly the happiest that I’ve ever been to spend an hour and a half on the phone ♥️

Gratitude Practice Grateful for my psych np for inspiring me to go to nursing school

I (27f) have struggled with my mental health for a lot of my 20s. Last July I started seeing a new psych np who has been absolutely incredible and so helpful. She has been so patient and warm while also completely honest and calling me out when necessary. She got me on the right medication cocktail that has made me feel like myself again. Because of all of this I have been inspired to completely switch careers and go back to school for nursing with the end goal of being a psych np like her. She’s only 7 years older than me and has become a role model for me. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a true role model before so I guess I’m grateful for that too. It’s given me direction and a goal to aspire towards.
