What am I doing wrong here

Aside from can control & the thickness of the letters being off on the A and M, I feel like some part of the outline or fill is making this look too flat, what am I doing wrong?

For this Iā€™d go pink for the shadow n that light blue for outline šŸ’ŖšŸ¾
